+ -1 moreWe thought he did an excellent job! He was courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. He even did some caulking for us that we didn't know we needed. He was very conscientious about the work he did.
Description of Work: We had Mr. Ohmstede come out and paint a side of our house that was just too high for us to paint. We requested that the trim, chimney, and side be painted, and caulked.

+ -1 moreEven though we did not use Ohmstede for this project, we were impressed that they took time to look at the home and provide an opinion and estimate. We were most impressed that they freely admitted that the job was too big for them and that they recommended someone else. It was great speaking directly to the owner. It allowed me to find out specific types of projects that are a ''best fit'' for his services. I will definitely consider Ohmstede for future projects.
Description of Work: The company provided a qualified second opinion on a siding issue identified during an inspection. Their opinion was that of concurrence with the the inspection report and they admitted that the job would be best done by someone else due to the size and scope of the project.

+ 1 moreMR. OHMSTEDE WAS WILLING TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. HE IS AN ENGINEER AND VERY PARTICULAR. HIS SUGGESTIONS WERE VALUABLE. HE FIXED THE SIDING TO MAKE IT LOOK NEW.
Description of Work: TRIM OF OUTSIDE OF HOUSE HAD TO BE REPLACED AND PAINTED. NEW GUTTERS HAD TO BE DEALT WITH.
