house cleaning
 + -1 moreMr. Garcia was soliciting work and came to my husband's business. We asked him for a quote to clean a recently vacated rental that we own. My husband met him at the rental, and he examined the house and the work to be done. He gave us a quote of $200, which we accepted. We told him the back door would be unlocked so he could come at his convenience. He said he would do it on Saturday. It seems that he appeared briefly at the house on Saturday, but decided not to clean it. He left without having done anything. He did not return phone calls, and we have not heard from him in the week since then.
Description of Work: We needed to have a small vacant rental cleaned. It was dirty, but not disgusting.
