They did an excellent job in replacing our driveway. Very professional and friendly. Leo and his crew worked really hard to get the job done in 1 day despite not very ideal weather conditions.

Took over three weeks to get the patio put in, good price, but within a few weeks I am already seeing cracks all over the place. It is supposed to be a one-year warranty but I am not getting the notion that this will be adhered to.

We've used CNC concrete twice now, and they're now our go-to guys for any future concrete projects. We've used them to put down concrete flooring in our barn, and they've been flexible and accommodating to my very specific requirements. Great prices, easy to work with, and for both projects I got exactly what I wanted.

We had a great experience with Leo and his team. They were professional, honest and the end result of our patio and driveway turned out great. We had some hiccups with the weather, but they were fully prepared and returned to our home to cover and uncover the project with plastic as the weather fluctuations occurred. I would recommend them!

The way I see it is you get what you pay for. They were far and away from the cheapest quote I received by nearly $1,000. The project was the removal of our current wood deck and replace with a 380 sq foot patio (not stamped). They bailed on me once or twice with the estimated visits. And they had to push back our project date and did not inform me until day-of. The patio looks fine. There are some minor scratches and marks that I was told would go away. However, they have not. They did the project all in one day. They guys were nice and informative. I did find trash in my yard in the following days to come. So they were a bit sloppy with the clean-up. Once the project was done they collected the check and left. No follow-up. No instructions on how to care for the patio and let it cure. Luckily Google provided that info for me. I am not disappointed with the end-result considering what I paid, but next time I would probably just pay the extra money for a quality company.

I received several estimates for a back patio and Leo and his crew were the cheapest and he gave me the estimate immediately before leaving. The patio is exactly what we were looking for and I will have them back at a later date to pour a walkway for us.

Poor cleanup after the job. Concrete splatter on my patio door and siding. Part of concrete not completed. I emailed owner, and he said they would take care of it. Employee who showed up to take forms of did not clean it up, even after I asked him to. Overall the project looks nice, but disappointed in the details and lack of follow up.

For all people looking to have any concrete work done, I would not recommend this company and read all of the reviews. Some seem so great and the others are a more accurate example of what you will receive from beginning to end! There was a review posted on 2-28-19 Vanessa and Kyle where they stated that the work was horrible and that all parties involved agreed the entire job should be started over which at that point they were asked for more money. The owners of CNC responded to that review and stated they never made that statement and they stand by their work (which is amateur at best). I agree with what Vanessa and Kyle were asked because through this hellish experience we had a heated conversation with Leo and Manuel where there was a comment by me that I dont care if they have to start over to get my patio to look like a $6800 patio and walkway. Leo then ask me **who is going to pay for the concrete?**... well duh... not me who has paid you more than what was originally quot. Oh that's the other part of this, we had them originally quote us for a walkway only which was quoted at $2116 but then had Leo come back out to quote us a patio as well. The patio which is 26x17 stamped and grey concrete was quoted at $4199. We agreed to their quote and turned down 3 other companies (should have gone another way) they poured our walkway and patio on 9-17-19 after they did the work that night I texted Leo when we could walk on it and the next steps, he then texted back telling me what we can and cant do by when, but then add that our final price was almost $7300, our original quote was $6315, now we did add some stamping but nothing worth an increase of $974. We worked on price and I felt $6800 was fair, but now with the damages and lack of care for my property, plus the concrete cracking only 3 weeks later, I dont even feel $6315 was worth it. We hired someone to get it done right and be able to enjoy it but now we are dealing with two individuals that cashed our check ASAP and now dont have a care in the world to fix it right. They continue to ask what we want and that what do we expect when it is just concrete. We will be going to court on this one I am sure after reading ALL reviews tonight and seeing how many people they do not care to take care of after collecting. Leo and Manuels integrity and quality of work is questioned at this point by my husband and I. To make matters worse last night went to our walkway and notice there is a crack already going down one slab, then as you look closer you can tell the covered it with a patch of concrete and the crack has cracked through the patch and past it to the joint. I truly believe they will do whatever they can to tell you that it is fine, not to worry about things, or cover it up, so they hopefully can make it to a year and then shortly after you have to replace all of it again because they do not either know what they are doing or use the CHEAPEST materials that can be found. I will not refer ANYONE to this company and if I ever hear someone bring them up I will be sure to not only share my experience but others experiences as well. Homeadvisor should read these reviews and consider the business they are refer to help people with projects. This company is not about the customers and doing right by them, they only collect and then run. Less
