I had CNC Concrete install a small patio and sidewalk. First of all, Leo scheduled the estimate almost immediately and worked around my busy schedule. He was on time and very helpful. We talked through the project, and I felt comfortable he knew exactly what I wanted. He provided an estimate before he left. The next day I had some clarification questions based on other estimates, and Leo got back to me right away. The project started almost immediately. There were some delays due to weather, but Leo was very good at proactively communicating with me regarding the delays. The workers were very professional and did a great job. The price was slightly less than other contractors who provided an estimate, but the quality of work is very good. I'm very pleased with my new patio and sidewalk, and I would recommend CNC Concrete.

We had severe settling of our front patio. Leo and his team removed the old patio and poured the new one. Unfortunately, as soon as it dried there was significant streaking and discoloration on the entire concrete porch. He explained it was from the concrete blankets used in the cold weather and that the concrete needed to cure. After over two months of waiting, the streaking was still very severe. Leo and his team made a point to come out and stain the patio to make it look much better, and guaranteed their work to make sure we felt satisfied. We appreciate their desire to make it right with us. While we wish that the patio had turned out without streaks the first time, and felt inconvenienced by the follow up, we do appreciate that they stood by their quality and made it right with us. We would consider using them again. Next time we will wait to replace concrete in warmer weather!

They did a garage floor for me. It looked good. Then, after the snow from my car created a puddle on the floor, I realized the water does not go anywhere, because there is no slope, although they specifically promised me a slope of 2%. I called them, they came and tried to argue that there was a slope, which was ridiculous because water was obviously staying in the garage. After several minutes there and back they just walked on me as if I have some kind of crazy demands. That is completely unacceptable. Please, beware!

They answered the request quickly. They wanted to do the best job so didn’t even try when it might rain. Called several times to let us know what was going on.

Manuel and Leo were very nice and professional. Fair prices and it appears the job was done correctly. We had our side walkway to the house and a portion of the driveway repaired. Happy so far!!

My driveway has never looked so beautiful. Leo and his crew took on a VERY big driveway, and I got more than just a driveway. I have something that is so incredible to look at, I can't stop bragging about it. My driveway is amazing, and Leo and his crew are wonderful awesome hard working group of great guys. We had rain challenges, that they were easily able to over come. I would recommend them for any job to anyone who wants a beautiful driveway. This company is awesome and the people are excellent to work with. Leo and his team were able to completely remove our driveway and replace it. They did this all in one day. The professional Home Advisor had contact me, and whom I hired, was not a professional in the area I requested and he did not do a very professional job - it cost me $1,100 more than the estimate and will cost more to fix what he did. He was friendly enough and courteous, but he did not know how to install a picket fence and he left our yards in a mess. I take responsibility for hiring CNC, but I am disappointed with Home Advisor who advertises that they will refer to us professionals.

Very responsive gang. They do not overcommit and were able to complete my fence within a week of the time I gave them the go ahead. They were courteous and worked fast. They also do concrete and I will probably use them for that as well.

I will use CNC concrete for any future jobs and I recommend them. They kept in contact and when they were running behind schedule or had conflicts due to weather, they kept me informed.
