Refinished floors looked great shortly after work was completed, but huge chinks of filler began popping out less than a year later. Now, almost two years after the work, I have some gaps between boards that are very wide and long, to the point of hurting if you walk on them in bare feet. I have called Rob several times about looking at the problem to see if it was inferior materials and he has not come to look at the work. He told us his wood supplier would come up but they did not. I know many of my neighbors who have floors or a similar or older vintage who don't have this problem and who are as appalled as I am that Rob has not even been willing to come and look at the problem. I would not use Rob or his company again.

Rob was very responsive, but he does not directly oversee the work or workers, which was done by Chris who was great. The job was done on time at the cost quoted, but there were two problems: First, the sanding was done below average with quality and we could see sanding marks on parts of the floor. Secondly, they did not use the finish that I had asking for, using a semi-gloss instead of a matte finish. They did come back and refinish the floors in the correct finish, but I was disappointed that they used the wrong product and it kept us out of our house for an additional few days, which messed up my schedule with a ton of stuff, including the movers I had hired to put all of the furniture back in the house.

Sanded and polyurethaned our hardwood floors in kitchen and entryway. We went with an optional upgrade of commercial finish since we have two big dogs who are hard on the floor. They did a good job

We called Rob 2 times after we received the estimate to discuss what type of water based polyurethane he would be using, when he could start and what the deposit would be. WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ROB. I guess Rob did not need our business.

Rob's response to my request for a quotation was prompt and thorough. He examined floors, listened to my concerns, and made recommendations based on usage and sun. The work was scheduled to accommodate my availability and was done promptly and completely in a day and a half. The workers were cordial, friendly, and thorough. They were also experienced, timely, and kept me informed of progress. The floor looks better than new, and I anticipate better wear. The price was higher than several quotations, but I trusted Rob's honesty and recommendations.

The experience was great. Rob, the owner came right out to give me a quote (on a weekend) and scheduled the work within a week. The floors look great. His employees spoke English, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
