We were very happy with Henry and his crew. They showed up on time, were always polite, worked very hard, and were very conscientious about doing work the way we wanted. The end result is beautiful. The terracotta colored walkways sweep and curve back and forth to form a gentle maze throughout a large area of the backyard containing our existing shrubs and the new mulch that Henry delivered and put down for us. The transformation of our back yard is fabulous, and we happily recommend Henry and his company, "Natural Landscaping and Design"

We were very satisfied. The work was done by 4-5 man crews over a period of just under 2 weeks. This was a very friendly, hardworking, professional group, that accomplished what they set out to do, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day.

Once they got to me they did a great job. They have a pretty small crew so it took a few cancellations before they could get out here and complete the work.

Henry is very responsive to email and came for estimate in a timely manner and exactly on time. He arrived exactly on time when he said he would for the work and worked until the days work was done. On day 2 they worked almost 12 hours to complete the project and Henry was very responsive to my requests. I am a senior and he completed my project above my expectations to make sure I was satisfied. His team was very respectful and hard workers. It is nice to have a team that works so hard with quality outcomes. Henry supervises the project with a close eye. I would highly recommend him to anyone and you will get a great job! Rock was deep enough and he raked the rock to make it perfect. He can do it all. I would highly recommend NLD and Henry's team in any landscaping project you may have. Thank you Henry and team!

Excellent, Henry was all over the trees, & his helper hauled the branches back to the truck, very efficient.

Do not hire this company. I was charged for them to fix a leak in my sprinkler which was discovered to not be fixed by another company (all they did was bury the problem) I had to hire someone else to fix shotty work that was done on the sprinklers. My house was broken into minutes after I paid them. The owner hired a homeless man to do the work. The work that was done was good quality except for the sprinkler problem. However, I cannot recommend this company and would caution people to think twice about hiring them.

Great! I had called 4 other businesses and Henry and his team were the only ones that could make it out before December (it was October). They showed up early Sunday morning and even with adding another tree removal from our front yard they were done by 1. Our yard was completely transformed, it looked awesome! We were proud to have everyone over to enjoy the evening in a spruced up setting. The team was friendly and professional, I would highly recommend them.

Henry did an excellent job of replacing a flagstone patio and repairing/replacing the grout on some older walkways. He also re-routed the downspouts from the gutter system to empty underground. He was on time and on budget and I would definitely hire him again,

He's really attentive. Once they got it started it went really quickly. They did a really good job and were very efficient and friendly.

They did a beautiful job with a reasonable estimate. They even did some extra work that was not anticipated. I love the yard now!

It went wonderful from beginning to end. Henry and his team are professionals. He answered all of our questions and assured us that he would do the job per our specifications. He did that and more. He was very helpful, showed up when he said he would, stayed in contact with us and returned calls quickly. The yard looks wonderful and we are very pleased. We will be using this company in the future for all of our outdoor needs.

Excellent. Henry was impressive in his promptness returning calls and texts and emails. If he said he was going to do something he did it. I asked him for his design ideas after explaining our budget limitations and expectations. He stuck to those parameters. His team was hard working and did a great job. Everyday they made sure that the area was clean and picked up prior to leaving. Henry was always here with his crew working and supervising. At the last minute, Henry also had his crew add a change order to place additional landscaping fabric and stone under our deck area. Our deck is about 14 inches above grade. I don't know who got the "privilege" of crawling back under there to spread the stone out. They earned their pay. If you are looking for a responsible, landscaper who doesn't charge an extraordinary fee and is conscientious then this is the place. I think we should support businesses like Natural Landscaping & Design who try to run their businesses the right way.

Henry had great ideas and was very confident on how to handle a job that was overwhelming to us. He got the whole job done in two days and we were completely and happily amazed at the results. Henry went above and beyond what we expected, the price was right, and so we highly recommend NLD for any landscaping job and will definitely use his services again.

They came out when they said they would for an estimate and then came out to do the work in the time they said they would. They did nice job and cleaned up after they finished. I am glad to have my yard looking a lot better.

On the date and time Henry and I set for his initial assessment of my yard, he called and asked if he could come a little bit early because he was in my neighborhood at the time. I appreciated this because I am always grateful to service providers who come on time but even better early. When he arrived he was cordial and professional, then immediately got to work. We walked around the front and back of my property. He asked me what I wanted done and then explained to me what he would do to complete my list. He also explained to me the appropriate way to remove weeds, and that he would take care of this as well. I never knew there was a time to spray weeds and a time to simply pull them up by hand (the old fashioned way). Before he left, I had a written estimate in my hand. A few days after our meeting, I came home from work and I almost drove past my house!! My property looked so manicured and clean I thought it was my neighbors yard. Henry did not drag his feet when it came to starting on my landscaping list. I was so pleased, I told my friends and family when everything is complete I am going to have an outdoor party. I have lived in this house for over 15 years. I had another landscaping company for almost all of those years. Now that I have switched to Natural Landscaping Design my lawn and trees have never looked this well kept.Henry completed the work that we spoke about in the estimate, but the manner in which it was completed was premium. Henry is a landscape professional who listens to what you say and then adds details that are pleasantly exceptional without deviating from the estimate cost.

NLD is a fantastic landscaping company. Henry, the owner, is a super nice guy. He is very hardworking and pays attention to details. His prices are far lower than the other companies I have worked with and attained estimates from. He did a fantastic water feature in our backyard, tons of rock work, irrigation, and lots of planting. I highly recommend this company.

Henry is a nice guy... that being said I don't feel that he and his crew lived up to the reviews listed here. He was asked to add fill dirt and rock 5 ft. out from our house, in the finished project he extended it a little over 4 1/2 ft. leaving a recess at the edge of the rock for water to pool in. He was also asked to extend downspouts away from the house to prevent water from pooling next to the house and getting into the window well. On one of the downspouts they did a great job and placed it on a slope away from the house, but on the downspout near the window well they placed it in a recessed area so that water pools where the spout ends, eventually seeps into the ground and comes up through the ground into the window well.When I showed this to Henry he made excuses and claimed the water was from the trench that runs around the foundation and that was what it was supposed to feed back into the window well. Once I told him that the back side of the house also has a window well that gets no water in it, Henry agreed to come out and move the downspout extension further away from the house onto a slope to prevent water from settling. That was 2 weeks ago, the work still is not done. I just called Henry and he said that it wasn't important and he would get to it in a week or 2.The finished project looks nice compared to the weeds and tree that were there before, but the purpose of the project was to keep water out of the window well which it didn't achieve.
