Murillo Stucco and Stone

Jose did very high quality work doing a traditional stucco repair. Service was polite and professional, and the price was very good. We had to wait a bit for him to get the right color stucco, but in the end the match was perfect. He and his team were careful working around our garden, and cleaned up completely. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any similar work.

We hired Jose to restucco our entire house in 2020. Color changed. We had gotten letters from the HOA and there seemed to be some water damage under the windows. Jose assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do. AND he did it well! Our house looks GREAT! My husband believes the exterior is now so much impermeable. We live on the golf course and previously it was dented a lot. Now, it withstands the onslaught much better. We did speak to other companies. What we liked about Jose was his vast knowledge and that he himself was on the job. (Not hiring others to do the work). He exudes sincerity and honesty. He wasnâ t THE cheapest, but the price was more within our budget than some of the bigger companies. We couldnâ t be happier.

Excellent work. Jose made some great suggestions for my project, and the work was quick and looks great. Cleaned up all the debris at the end. Mine was a small project, just covering some exposed concrete block. But it looks so much better! Jose described the project, and delivered everything he promised. No complaints.

Jose did an outstanding job re-coating the stucco rear face of my 1888 house. The whole face had an existing parge coat with stucco top-coat that had small cracks in many places and had cracked and broken away from the brick in one trouble spot. The wall was half covered in ivy, which meant the extent of that damage was unknown when Jose quoted the job. Still, he said whatever he found, he would fix it for the quoted price. He removed all the ivy, filled in where the brick had crumbled out, covered the whole wall with a primer coat with embedded fiberglass mesh, and then coated the wall with a new stucco product. He also repainted the gutters, caulked and painted all the window trim, and even painted the electrical conduit on the outside of the house to match the new stucco. He noticed that several flagstone pavers on my patio had come loose and re-cemented them down for me in his last hour on the job. All the while, Jose and Rafa were extremely friendly, timely and communicative, and efficient. The job cost exactly what Jose said it would, and they cleaned up the job site before leaving. We are extremely pleased with the finished product, and Jose's price was substantially lower than another quote I received for the same job that did not include the paint work. I highly recommend Jose and Murillo Plaster.

Jose was GREAT to work with. We put stucco over the exterior brick of our home(home built in 1884 so the brick needed to be protected. Jose walked me through the process in detail and had options for me to choose from. He was on time, communicated with me about the project timeline, was extremely clean, AND was by far the best price we had gotten. The results were even better than i had imagined, we could not be more excited about the new look and would HIGHLY recommend Murillo Stucco for your project.

The stucco on the North and South sides of our 1928 Tudor were disintegrating and Jose was able to repair the various under layers and apply new stucco in less than a day and a half. The work was amazing and the new stucco color and texture matches the age of the house very well. Jose was friendly, gracious and one of the cleanest contractors we have ever worked with. I would absolutely recommend Murillo Plaster for any stucco work!

He did a great job!! It was a repair/redo job and it looks great. He was very friendly from the very first interaction. He rescheduled because he couldn't get the color paint I needed. But went and checked the next day and they ended up having the paint so he came as scheduled! I really appreciate it that. I would hire him again

I hired Murillo Stucco to repair a side of my 1888 Victorian house that had been covered with traditional stucco several years ago. We had egressed our exterior basement door which exposed the original brick foundation of the on the lower portion of the back of the house. I needed someone to repair the stucco that was damaged when moving the door, cover the area where the old door was, and add new stucco to the exposed portion of the house. I must have called 10 different companies before finding Murillo. Most of those other companies I called came out for an estimate and then never gave me a quote. The ones that did give me a quote were booking 7 months down the road. The quotes I did receive were so dramatically different in price and how they would do the work. Murillo came to the house, gave me a great price, and could start the following week. Jose finished the job in two days. He cleaned up everything afterwards, was very polite, on-time, and he went above and beyond and added in things to make sure the house was protected. The work he did was phenomenal! I wish I could add a photo for people to see how outstanding his work was for me. I actually have another smaller stucco project that I am going to also hire him to do in a month or so. He's now my goto stucco guy and I will be referring him to anyone who needs a stucco person. I've dealt with a LOT of contractors and I feel like I always find terrible ones or ones that say they can do the work and then can't or do it poorly. Murillo is NOT one of those contractors. He is one of the good ones!

Jose and his team did a great job matching the pattern and color of the existing stucco on my house. They also were great at patching all the place where water was getting in from the previous owners stucco work.
