 + -1 morebecause the paper had jammed and although I had done everything I could to make it work Not many service providers fix printers. I rang Boris and made an appointment to take it the next day Boris rang the following day to say he had fixed it. he was very quick and prompt also offered 90 day labour warranty . we have since used his service to fix my laptop I was very please on both occassions You do need to ring first and he only accepts cash or a check

 + 0 moreBoris did an excellent job he was quick to respond his prices were very reasonable, the repairs were done qickly we did not think we would ever find anyone to fix our all in printer as we had already take to different places not many places seem to want to fix printers. Our HP laptop had been look at by someone els we just thought we would never be able to use ourl aptop again and would have to buy another all in one printer so we are very pleased. Boris has saved us a lot of money and now we can use our equipment again
Description of Work: Boris fixed both our all in one printer which had paper jam we originally took that in January 2013 but because ink had ran out he could not test it but gave us a 90 day warranty we did have take it back for further adjustment at no cost he only charged $60 to fix the printer. we then took out HP laptop in to see if he could fix that as we were told it had a virus and could not be fixed anyway Boris removed the virus and then installed the norton virus and charged $39 for the norton virus and $ 89.00 for fixing the HP laptop we were very pleased with his service he was very quick at giving us a quote and doing the repairs were ready the next day . He does not take credit cards as he is a one man business so its cash or a check. We would definately use MPC Express again and recommend his work

 + -1 moreIn the middle of working on a big project, my printer quit working. Call them, took the printer in right away and left it there. I explained how critial it was to get the printer back working asap. Drove home and wasn'thome more than a half hour and he called and it was repaired.Would defintely use them again. It is a small, one person shop and he doesn't accept credit cards.
Description of Work: Repaired printer. Paper jam had deactivated the senser for the paper feed.

 + -1 moreHe did not make me wait. It was repaired in the same day. He was very prompt, and it was repaired in less than 2 hours. The price was reasonable. I would use him again if I needed to.
