+ -1 moreThey were here for about 2 1/2 hours and I think they charged me about 160 dollars. I think they're a little pricey, but they do an excellent job. They send out a crew of two and the house sparkles when they're done and they do whatever you ask them to do.
Description of Work: I have used Molly Maid of Aurora. They come once a month for housecleaning. They do all my floors, my kitchen, the bathrooms, and the vacuum everything upstairs and downstairs. They also clean my blinds every month.

Description of Work: I have a fairly small house, 1500 sqft. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. I should have known something was wrong when Kathleen estimated 3-5 hours for a two person team, then proceeded to ask me what my priorities were. I was in a time crunch so I booked the job. It didn't bother me that the two women who showed up couldn't speak english, but they didn't even try to communicate with me and they were rude. I had appointments so I couldn't be there during the job, and when I got home it was obvious that they never even vacumed the carpet. There were stains on the counters and the floor that were never touched. Nothing was dusted, and the blinds were not touched either. I would never use this company again, and I would not recommend them at all.

+ -1 moreHave been using Molly Maids for about a month. I have been particulay\rly impressed with the quality of the cleanings for the price. Each time they clean (bi-weekly) they do a little something extra that I really appreciate. They are always on time, work hard and leave the place beautiful

+ -1 moreThe first time, I was very disappointed because the girl that came moved stuff around, and she did not really clean very well. I did not like the way she cleaned the floor. The second girl that came out was fantastic, and the place was clean. I guess the work depends on the person who comes. I would work with them again if the second girl continues to come. I am currently trying several different providers to see who does the best job.
