The drain stick fell off on one sink the next day and the other 2 weeks later. Also the drain ring fell off while I was trying to fix the stick. Lorenzo came back out 2 days after I called and texted him and said the sink was rusted out so needed a new sink. Said he would check the other sink's drain stick but didn't. Left the putty around the drain ring on the new sink.

I'm never going to use them again. I got them off of Angie's List. He was less than what I expected from Angie's List. He checked the copper out without asking me if he could have it. He took the extra copper out of my house that didn't need to be taken and replaced with the plastic pipe. I knew about the plastic pipe because that's what we were doing. He didn't ask. He used a dry saw to cut my basement floor instead of a wet saw. He created so much mess that went into my storage room where all my collectibles and where my old stuff is. There's dust everywhere. They didn't even attempt to put barriers. I asked them to put the pipes through and he routed the pipes around the corners and edges so he didn't have to drill holes. The point was to have them up so that the ceiling doesn't have to be dropped. I would never use them in the future.

Lorenzo did a great job. Showed up on time, was professional, left the job site clean and did a great all around job.
