Brian have an estimate that was better than others, so hired him to do the work and was extremely happy that I did. He is very personable, up front and did a great job. I will be keeping his card handy for the next time I need plumbing work.

Even though it was a tiny fix, and done within the 30mins allotted for a free estimate, they were very helpful and understanding of our issue. I would use them again in a heart beat due to Brian’s genuineness. You can tell that he cared about the issue at hand, and was not looking for a quick dollar. They are now my go to for anything plumbing related.

Friendly hard worker

He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why it would be best to replace my 15 year old water than to repair it. But I was not pressured either way. I decided to replace, and it was a great investment.

It was a simple toilet repair but he was friendly and professional. He didn't make it feel like it was a bother because it wasn't a 'big job'
