They had to cance the first appt, they missed the second and finally made it on the third. They did a good job once they got there!

Bob, the owner of the company along with his wife Shirley, did the work and we are very happy with the results and with the company as a whole. Bob couldn't be nicer and is very professional. My Buyer contacted London Fog on Friday, for a Monday morning inspection. London Fog was very courteous on the phone and promptly arrived on Monday. The two-person team quickly went to work and assessed the condition of the chimney in a short amount of time. It should also be noted that the took necessary precautions to make sure the hearth and flooring were protected from soot. They explained their findings to my Buyer and me then presented options to remedy the problems, they found along with prices. While there, they also evaluated an existing dryer vent for my client, since they clean those too!

The worker arrived on time and did a good job, did not make any mess inside and was very neat, giving the nature of the soot can be very messy. I would recommend this company.
