They came on time but cleaned everything within around hour. I thought that was a little rushed in my opinion but they were nice and came on time and did the job. Next day the smell of the pet stain was very strong and I also noticed streaks in my carpet from the cleaning. I took a picture and sent it to the owner. Immediatley he called and said he would come back out to fix the problem. This was a Sunday and I thought it was very nice of them to come out and fix the problem. They went over the streaks upstairs and redid the pet stain on the carpet. Very professional and apologetic. I have to say, this is the first time my carpets look great and no residue. I would use them again.

Liberty Carpet were punctual, professional, detailed and friendly. I would rehire them again.

Usually I have them do the carpets, but this time I used them for my couch and chairs. It went well. I would highly recommend them.

The service was great. I called on Tuesday and he came to my house on Friday afternoon. He called to let me know when he was going to be at my house. He was by himself and got right to work. Our carpet is only 3 years old but it felt nice and soft when he was done and smelled fresh. There does not appear to be any residue. The best thing was he did no up-selling for other products.

It didn't go very well. I didn't feel like it was a good cleaning. Unfortunately I don't know if it was worth my money. It just didn't feel clean to me and they didn't even remove minor spots. They came out right away after I purchased their deal but I can't say that I was impressed with their work.

The guys did a great job. Will call Rich for future carpet cleaning needs. Thanks!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great.

Operators were considerate. Came a little behind promised schedule but worked diligently and were efficient and courteous.

It was good. We actually took advantage of them being out and paid them for cleaning a couch at the same time. The deal did more rooms than that but what they did is because we didn't have that many rooms but we had one room that was oversized, they combined all that and said it was the same deal.

I called Rich on Thursday 8/22 to find out how soon he could perform cleaning at my rental in Castle Rock. Surprisingly enough, Rich said he was able to do the job the next day! As promised, Rich was at my rental Friday afternoon to get the job done. I had purchased the promo; up to 1500 sqft for $175.00, which covered the areas I needed done. I just stopped by the property to look at the carpets and they look fantastic. I will absolutely use Rich again in the future!

The service was timely and professional, the carpet looked clean, smelled fresh and the furniture was moved and put back in place.

Technician arrived on time and worked fast but maybe too fast. House was empty and ready to put on the market so no furniture in the way. Two large stains left on basement carpet.

Cleaned carpets on our move out. House was empty. Carpets came clean and they did the work on 1500 sq ft carpet in around 1 hour and a half. I am a satisfied customer. I felt confident that carpets looked great for the new owner walk through.

These guys did a GREAT job. Our old carpet cleaning company that we had used for 15 years retired. I went on Angies List to find another carpet cleaner and got Liberty Carpet Cleaners. I was able to get a hold of them right a way, they scheduled me on the day and time I wanted, they were on time, they showed up with 2 guys, they only took a few hours to do our entire house inclding basement (we moved all our furniture), they did an EXCELLENT job and they were half the price of our old carpet cleaner. I was very impressed!!! I WILL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR!!!!

This provider appears to have good ratings - BUT I FOUND THEM UN_RESPONSIVE A WASTE OF MY TIME.

It was fantastic. I had some very bad stains on an almost white carpet. I didn't think they would get them all out. They spent about 3 hours working on the carpet in a large bedroom and walkin and I have to say that the carpet looks almost new!! Amazing work and a great price. I don't think they intended to spend as much time on the job but they kept at it until it was almost perfect. I will use them again!!

They were on time very courteous and did a fabulous job. I was impressed by how tedious they were on taking the necessary per cautions to protect our wood floors on the main floor. Justin and his partner were very thorough and made sure to spot clean the troubled area's which all came clean. I have already referred them on multiple occasions. I have said before that I would always rather work with the smaller companies than the larger ones. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and the price was exactly what they quoted. I will use them again and refer them to anybody looking for a carpet cleaning company that talks the talk and walks the walk.

I was out of town and left my garage code and instructions to call my friend if there were any issues. Everything went smoothly.

The owner and two other crew members arrived at the appointed manner. Necessary furniture was either moved or set on furniture guards (piece of plastic sheet). The coupon indicated the job was for five rooms. Since there were only four rooms, the stairs leading to the second floor was added at no additional charge. The complete job was finished in a reasonable time period.
