Liberty Carpet Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They're great. We've actually used them several more times. They did not charge me any additional cost. They did a really great job, better than other carpet companies that we had come out. We have a lot of traffic on our floors and they did it quickly. They were very professional. Actually there was one spot that I think they missed and I called them and said, "I'm not thrilled with this" and they came right back out and fixed it immediately with no extra charge.

I expected some reluctance to accept a small job of about 100 sq ft but they were enthusiastic about scheduling for the first available opportunity. No pressure to upsell for stain prevention treatments or anything. I'd use the service again.

They were quick to respond to setting an appointment. They arrived on time, and gave me a time not a window. They were very courteous and above all did a fantastic job. Their prices were very good. I will definitely call Liberty from now on. The only thing I have is a couple of stains which had they spent a little more attention on...could have gotten. It is a year old stainmaster carpet. Which I,ve easily gotten stains out.

I had purchased a coupon from Angies List for 1500 sq ft for $175 which they honored.They arrived on time, were professional, and friendly. They cleaned my upstairs rooms and they look great. Also,I had them clean my downstairs rooms that had been stained from the recent rain storm for an additonal fee. The price was right and reasonable. My carpets look great. I will defintely use this company again.

The overall experience was great! Rich answered the call and was able to schedule me in less than a week. They confirmed the day of the appointment and arrived when expected. It took less than the expected time and they removed stains in my mostly white carpet that I had given up on! The gentlemen who did the work were very polite and professional. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

I had areas I aked to give special attention to and did no different to them then the rest of the rooms. When I asked why some of the areas still didn't look cleaned he said " it was the way the nap of the carpet was laying. When he left I took a white towel and worked on those areas some more and got quite a bit of soil on the towel. Due to the wetness of the carpet it came out quite easily. I simply won't have them again and not argue about the poor job they had done. I do not want Liberty Carpet Service to harass me over my complaint that is why I didn't evaluate their work before. They did clean all the rooms and spent time doing so and there were costs involved so felt they should be payed. I just won't have them again.

The company owner and his assistant performed a "premium steam clean", deodorized the carpet, and pretreated a spot in one of the bedrooms at no additional cost. They telephoned when they would arrive which was on schedule and completed the work in the estimated amount of time. The carpet was cleaned very well at an exceptionally great price. We will use their service the next time for carpet cleaning and recommend them to everyone for steam carpet cleaning.

Three men including the owner of the company arrived ahead of the scheduled time and finished in less than 1 hour. They were professional, well dressed, and friendly. They took great care in ensuring that their work was to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them for your next carpet cleaning needs.

No service was provided. When I called Liberty, they were very nice and explained that they did not perform services in Colorado Springs.

Scheduling was a breeze; loved use of text messaging and flexibility. Was scheduled during floods in the area but rescheduled no problem. Very professional and conscientious. Super affordable.

eat job! They are always willing to work with my schedule and clean the carpets when the stores is closed. Always on time and do a great job...I have used them about 6 times.

We book the deal online through Angies List based on the services provided, reviews, and the price, thinking and hoping for the best. For starters they called us 15minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to inform us they would be late. When they showed up 2 hours later they acted as is we were the reason they were delayed. The area of carpets I needed cleaned were not more than 1600 square feet total so my assumption(shame on me) was they would take there time and do a good job. Like I said, shame on me, within an hour and a half, set up, cleaning, pack up, and signatures they were gone. It was as if they were late for another appointment and needed to hurry up to catch up and get out of there to be on time for the next appointment. The quality of work was poor, and once the carpets started to dry (I have mainly darker carpets, medium browns and blues) the stained areas were still there through out the house. Me and my Bissel would have done a better job. I would not recommend this company!

They did a very good job. They were nice enough to some out on a Sunday. I was quite happy with the work done. They were nice people and I would recommend them. They did what I asked them to do. It took them about 3 hours to complete the job.

Liberty did a great job cleaning all the carpeting in my house. The arrived at the scheduled time, walked through my house, identifying problems areas, pre-treated stains and cleaned the carpet. My carpet is a light color and hadn't been professionally cleaned for a number of years, but looked great afterwards. I would definitely use them again. My only complaint has to do with Liberty's responsiveness. I purchased a Big Deal from them and my understanding was that they would contact me within 2 days to schedule an appointment. After a week, and no contact, I contacted Angie's list to find out what to do next. They suggested I contact them directly, which I did through email. I got a response back, stating that the company would call me the following day to schedule an appointment. I never got a call, but called Liberty a couple of days later. Rich was accommodating and scheduled my appointment for the following Saturday. Everything from that point on was professional and top quality. In spite of the initial difficulty scheduling an appointment, I would use Liberty again.

They were prompt and on time. They came back to clean a repeat stain at no additional charge.

They were very prompt and delivered on their agreed upon service. We asked for more care to be given in pet stained areas -- however, those areas still are quite odorous; however this may be due to the stain having already soaked through to the carpet pad.
