They had a 1/2 off special so I bought 2 in order to give one to my sister-in-law who just moved into an apartment where the carpet stunk (although the landlord claimed it had been cleaned). After Libewrty Carpet cleaned it, it smelled fine and looked much better. Then Liberty cleaned my basement, including the steps, which was probably more than they anticipated with the 1/2 deal. But they did it for the same price. A+++ company all the way around.

Description of Work: Called Liberty in the morning and they cleaned our carpets that afternoon. They cleaned only what needed to be cleaned and did not try to talk us into a bigger job. They were prompt, quick, and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had our entire house cleaned. Two guys showed up on time for the carpet cleaning and were very professional and friendly. They answered any questions I had about the cleaning and started right away. They did an excellent job on the carpets which look very good. They got up some stains that had been on the carpet for quite a while. During the cleaning process they brought in an orbital scrubber that really got deep into the carpet and brought the pile up. Price was as quoted and I was very pleased with the service and plan to call them again next year.

Description of Work: Liberty Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on a carpet that was twelve years old and had never been cleaned. There were several stains that were a concern, however, when they were done cleaning, the carpet looked great and all stains were removed. They worked carefully, taking their time to do a good job. The cost was very reasonable for the square footage that was covered and the condition the rug was in. We are totally pleased with Liberty Carpet Cleaning.

Description of Work: Purchased a $99 whole house carpet cleaning package from Angie's List Deals. Two men arrived on time - one did all the work. I found nicks on some furniture and had to clean up water beneath an open staircase after they left. At the time I made my reservation, I requested to have an 8x10 area rug cleaned and asked for pet odor treatment on it. The rug still smells like pee.....
