We're moving and our lease says we have to get the carpet cleaned before we move out.When calling for quotes, Liberty was the second company I called...the other was on the top of Angies list too. Liberty quoted a price less than half of the other company.They arrived on time and the three man crew was very efficient and focused on doing a good job. The white carpet was in terrible shape with pet stains, traffic wear, etc. Rich was awesome and his crew was too....they cleaned that carpet and made it better than it was when we moved in, BY FAR. Rich took the time to explain to me that some of the off-the-shelf cleaners contain bleach and can permanently damage the carpet....he knows his stuff.Liberty never gave me pressure to buy additional products or services...that's great because I find the "upsell" annoying.My recommendation on LIberty is AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!

 + -1 moreRichard D. with liberty carpet cleaning did a fantastic job. They were on time and very trust worthy to perform the services while I went back to work and locked up after themselves. I appreciated Liberty?s level of professionalism. Their quality is A+ my only regret was I forgot to inform them that some of the edges needed a little extra TLC, especially by outside door entrance. Make sure you go over all areas that you are concerned about. I?m very happy with liberty?s work and will use them again for future cleaning

 + -1 moreThe carpets look great! Ordinarily, after a cleaning, the dirty spots will reappear after the carpet has dried. In this case, it hasn't happened. Also, I was concerned about the cleaning agent because my pets are sensitive to strong chemicals and odors. The technicians assured me that their cleaning agent was mild and odorless. I've been hiring carpet cleaners in Denver for twenty-one years, and this is by far the best cleaning job I've seen. The gentlemen called ahead and arrived right on time. My family and I could not be happier with this vendor.

 + -1 moreI remodeled a couple rooms in my house and looked on angies list for carpet cleaners. After calling Liberty i set an appointment for the next day. Richard and his helper showed up on time they treated all the stains and deodorized the carpet. The carpets look great.

 + -1 moreThey were extremely good! They were able to schedule very shortly after calling. When they cleaned the placed, they were able to get it cleaner than others that I have used before (carpet is a bit older and has had quite a few cleanings). Liberty was also able to reduce some stains that I never thought they would be able to get out. The water was extracted quite well, so the down time for the after cleaning was minimal. I will be using them again for my rentals and personal residence.
Description of Work: Clean all carpets in a nice rental house that I own in Lone Tree.

 + -1 moreService date is approx. - have to find receipt to get exact date in May. The two men were nice but in and out in no time, which I think was the problem. Stains are still there. Carpet took over two days to dry to walk on (over three to dry completely). Never had this problem with carpet cleaners before and frankly, I was not impressed. In process of trying to find good cleaner right now since carpet just does not look clean.
Description of Work: Hired them to clean carpet in small condo. Price was ok, slightly higher then what they had advertised.

Description of Work: Rich and Jason came at the scheduled time and cleaned my carpets in the basement and upper level and all the stairs. There were some stains that they treated and it was hard to see them after they were finished. They were efficient and completed the job in 1.5 hours. We are getting our house ready to sell and it was vacant which made the job easier and faster. We did just get our hardwood floors done and they were very careful to put down covers to make sure none of their equipment scratched our floors.

 + -1 moreThe Liberty Carpet guys showed up on time and cleaned all the carpet in our house. There were a number of stains that were from the previous owners that we weren't sure we could get out, but Liberty Carpet treated these stains and were able to get them out. One was a large rust stain in the closet. The carpet looks much better. The guys were very friendly and professional. I would recommend using Liberty Carpet.

Description of Work: Had living room, hall, stairs, dining area and 2 bedroom cleaned. I have 3 children and a large dog so I had some areas that were bad and was concerned they may not clean up very well. We thought we would have to replace the carpet however, money is tight so I need to get more use out of the carpet. They did a great job I now think I can get at least 2 more years out of the carpet.

 + 0 moreIt went fine. They actually arrived a little early. Got started and with all the pillows on my familyroom sofa I thought it would take a long time. I at one time, thought they weren't going to move the chair and sofa in the room to clean close to them but when I said something they did move them. I had a couple grease spots on the familyroom carpet that I wasn't sure they could get out but everything looked nice and clean when they left.....just wish it would stay that way.
Description of Work: They were able to get me in on a last minute call. Cleaned my couches and carpet in my familyroom, my stairs and spots in my livingroom. Very quick and efficient. I really appreciated them getting to me so quickly.

 + -1 moreLiberty Carpet Cleaners showed up very promptly and looked over our house. The final estimate was the same as the quote that I received over the phone when I made the appointment which was a nice surprise. I needed some carpet repair and they made arrangements for a subcontractor to come and repair my carpet. The subcontractor did an excellent job and charged me only a trip charge of $40.00. Liberty got right to work and did an excellent job. The last company I had clean my carpets did a very bad job. Liberty removed some stains the other company couldn’t and my carpet looks great. They were easy to work with and moved furniture without charging me extra. I am very happy with their service and will use them again when I need carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: I bought this as a "Big Deal." And, I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime! My rugs are super clean and look so good. There was one that I thought was impossible to look good and Rich did his magic and I was shocked! I will call this company again even though the price will be higher since it won't be a "Big Deal." I think that speaks volumes for Rich. He will do a fantastic job no matter what.

 + -1 moreI purchased a special coupon from Liberty Carpet Cleaning and called Rich. He was very willing to come up to Lafayette and we set the appointment. He called an hour before arriving notifying us that he was on his way. Rich did a very professional job and his pricing was very reasonable. After the cleaning, my wife thought the carpet was stretched because of the cleaning and called Rich. As the carpet dried, the carpet returned to it's previous state. Rich made a follow-up call the next day to check on the problem and we informed everything was good.
Description of Work: I had Rich clean my carpets in approximately three rooms , two hallways, and one flight of stairs.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt, polite, fast, and thorough. But they missed one of the bigger pet stains and the parts they did go over, while cleared of dirt, had an unpleasant-feeling film remaining. I finished up with our own Hoover carpet cleaner and cleaned off the film and took care of the remaining pet stain. Liberty was very nice and worked hard - just not as effective as we'd hoped.

We had a very short window between our household goods being moved out and our buyers doing their final walk-through. The new owners were very impressed with the way everything looked.

Rich called when he said he would to confirm and was on time. We had a few large pet stains that I could never get out and high traffic areas by the doors. Rich was able to get the stains out! They were quick and took care to cover the hardwood floors they were walking over. The carpet looks fabulous! Will recommend and use again.

The renters had not taken very good care of the carpet and there were several stains that other companies told us may not come out but these guys got all of them out.
