Liberty Carpet Cleaning

It went very well. They were the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I plan on using them every year now.

Services were adequate; however, I believe I may have been overcharged. I recommend an on-site estimate before discussing price on the phone. Some stains came back after cleaning.

I used Angie's list to find Liberty and called Rich to schedule a cleaning. He gave me an estimate over the phone of "about $200." That seemed like more than a deal to me so we set a date AND A TIME. He was able to tell me at scheduling that they would be there at 1:30 on Saturday, and that's exactly when my doorbell rang. Perfect. It was only one guy, Jason. He walked through the house and gave me an on-site price of $150, less than Rich's original estimate. He went right to work and did an EXCELLENT JOB. My rugs were cleaned better than they have ever been - years' old stains that the big name professionals in the orange van hadn't been able to get out, Jason got them out. When he was finished he gave me a timeline for when the rugs would be dry, when to replace the furniture, everything. I was so impressed I gave him a $50 tip - which really only brought me up to the price I had been expecting and the total was still a couple of hundred less than I usually pay. Use this company, they are exceptional.

Did a good, complete job. The carpets were still wet to damp 24 hours later and a couple of stains (furniture) are now bigger than they started - stain spread out to larger area. However, overall was good.

Richard was very pleasant to work with and did a super job getting our carpets clean. I had a couple pet stains and he was able to remove them, and he made our stair carpet look brand new! I appreciate all he did and will definitely use Liberty Carpet Cleaning again!

Richard and his sons come on time and did a great job removing stain a different cleaner was not able to a few year back. Carpets now look great!

I saw this deal on AL and emailed to see if they would come to the mountain areas. The owner was very quick to respond and set things up via email. Also when our painters were running late he arranged to be at our home a day later. He showed up on time and did a great job. They treated all the carpet and paid special attention to the areas that were really bad with dirt. This is a fairly light colored carpet and they did a wonderful job. We have a two story house and they got it all! They were careful to lay down blankets so there was no water drips for me to clean up later. They were careful with everything. It was very obvious that they cared about what they were doing. I really liked the fact that they did not hurry to get the job done but were genuinely concerned with quality.

The quote was done quickly. The cleaners showed up a little late. The carpets looked good when they left but it took over a day to dry. During the cleaning the house smelled like sewage water which makes me question the solution going through their carpet cleaners. No stain repellant was applied.

The work was great and there were no problems. The guys that came were very nice. I will use them again in the future when I need my carpets.

Liberty cleaned all my carpets a month ago, but my son threw up on a spot right next to my bed a few days ago, so I called Richard this morning and he came within 3 hours of my call to treat my spot. He even left me a bottle of spot treatment...... excellent service!

Everything went very well...carpets in two bedrooms are clean and we are very satisfied.

Scheduling was really easy, they were very accommodating and were able to clean my carpets within a day. There were 3 workers which made it go very fast and they did a fantastic job. All were professional and pleasant.

I needed my carpet cleaned right away and expected that to be a problem, but Liberty said they could come out on the day I needed and even rearranged another job to make my house the first job of the day. They did a great job and even cleaned some stains in other areas of the house. I will definitly hire them again and recommend them.

They called back right away to schedule an appointment. They honored the estimate they gave me over the phone, even though I had them do a little more than I originally requested. They called 10 minutes before they arrived. Richard, the owner, and two other employees (family members) did a great job. They are efficient and professional. They laid down pads to protect my hardwood. They had the job done in 2 hours.

I purchased an offer from Angie's List in which, Liberty Carpet Cleaning was offering to clean 3 rooms in my home for $99.00. I could not have been more pleased with the service they provided to me. I called to make an appointment and was able to schedule the service the next week. I spoke with Rich on the phone, he gave me a time, and said they would be at my house within one hour of the time we agreed on . The morning of the scheduled service, Rich called me to verify the time and his crew was here within 10 minutes of the promised time. The two guys who came to clean the carpets were great!!! They were very accommodating, very friendly, very professional and very good, getting my carpets looking great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIBERTY CARPET CLEANING and will call this company any time I need to have my carpets cleaned in the future.

These guys were great- reasonably priced, friendly, professional. They explained all of my questions and did a thorough job on our white carpets. I will use them again and again and again!

Excellent. They did a good job cleaning and removed several spots. They even noticed a spot on the recliner and removed it for me. They had blocks to elevate the furniture that was too big to remove. They opened windows and set up our box fans to help it dry faster. They provided clear instructions on the timing for drying and walking on the carpet after they left. They were also very reasonably priced, and I honored an Angies List discount which made it even better.

I found them on Angie's List and they lived up to their billing. They also gave me a discount. The owner of the business sent me a handwritten card a couple of weeks later, which I thought was very nice. I thought it was an above and beyond effort.

Liberty had a great price, was on time, quick, and professional. I had to reschedule a couple times and Liberty was very understanding. I would definitely call them again.

Rich was able to come clean our rental home carpet at the last minute and did a very thorough job. Another company we had scheduled with showed up but didn't have long enough hoses, so I was scrambling at the last minute to find someone. He tried hard to get the stains out (and was able to except for 1 carpet that we'll probably just remove anyway). Rich was quick and did a good job.

The work went really well. They showed up on time and did a really good job cleaning the carpets. They charged me what they quoted me. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Job well done! They worked hard to clean the perimeter of the wall to wall carpet where we had a 8x10 throw rug down for 4 years, so consequently the carpet under the throw rug was alot lighter. They got it pretty close to the original color.

Amazing job - very professional and comfortable to work with. Liberty provided next day service, they wanted to understand our expectations and were very clear on setting expectations. They exceeded what they expressed confidence to accomplish. Will be highly recommended by our household!
