Liberty Carpet Cleaning

My 30 year old carpets were stained from animals and mud. They were 30 min. late for arrival, but I live in the foothills and my house is not easy to find...and they called to let me know they were running later than expected. I appreciated that. The two young men worked steadily for 2 1/2 hours to clean two large rooms and a smaller room. The basement carpet was stained the worst and while it is not 100% perfect now, it is 90% better than it was and I am very pleased. The living room was badly stained and it looks terrific now. The stains included cat urine, which is totally gone now. The office area was smaller and it looks great now. They also did the basement steps and a second stairway and they look pretty good. The basement steps still have some stains, but it is reasonable that these could not be taken out.

Liberty Carpet Cleaning was very professional and were willing to work with me. I changed the initial date we had scheduled and they were able to get me in sooner. The technician arrived on time, he was given a tour of the place, and an hour later he finished. The carpets looked great. He was able to get out a black stain that looked like mascara or oil. The carpet took 24 hours to dry, but it cleaned up very well. Thanks!

Holy smokes! These guys were nothing short of amazing. They were prompt, extremely pleasant, made sure to lay padding down on any hardwood and worked as if the only acceptable outcome was perfection. My carpets were 15 years old, had never been professionally steamed cleaned and had been well abused by two adults, two kids and three large dogs. To say the carpet was dirty was a slight understatement. Red wine, hot chocolate, grease, you name it and I probably had it on the carpet. I was floored (no pun intended!) with how good the carpet looked when the guys finished. They even got melted crayon out without even the slightest hint it was even there and we're talking a purple crayon on off-white carpet. Best yet - the cost was more than reasonable. Every time I need carpet cleaning or know of anyone who does, I will be sure to recommend Liberty Carpet Cleaning.

Great work. Rich really took the extra steps needed to get our carpet clean. We have a 4 yr old and so her room had several spots that I can't even find anymore. Most impressive was that spots that others had cleared up only to come back were completely gone after Rich was done. I love that Rich uses an agitator to make sure to break up all the dirt after treating the carpet. I've never had another cleaner do this and the extra effort shows! They were very flexible with my schedule; I needed the carpets cleaned in 1 day. I called and setup an early morning appointment and the crew arrived exactly on time at 7am. The work was completed in about 1hr (4 large rooms with a 5th spot treated). The team was careful not to damage any walls, flooring or corners while performing the work. They did a great job lifting the discolorations from high traffic areas from these light color carpets. Because the owner new I was moving in the next morning, he was willing to leave a floor fan onsite to ensure it would be completely dry before my move (with no extra charges). Overall, the work performed was exactly what I was expecting and the pricing was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. There weren't any surprise charges or extras for "difficult" spots. I would certainly use them again. The only reason I gave the price category lower than an "A" rating is because I think their price was competitive but may not have been the best rate I could have found had I had more time to shop around. For me, this job required speed and quality and having not really focused on the pricing, I just didn't feel comfortable rating the price as an "A" . I will definitely be calling them for future carpet cleaning needs.

Liberty Carpet did a great job cleaning our carpet. We have two children and a dog so the carpets can get pretty dirty. The carpets look new and the price from Liberty was great. We'll be using them again and would highly recommend them.

I have a three bedroom house, but I only wanted to do a partial job. The living room, long hall way and master bedroom, He ask me for any problem spots and I showed the dirty carpet that comes in from the garage. (think oil). He spotted that area and any other spots that he could see. I was thrilled that the carpet came so clean and looked new !...wow! I will use him again to finish the other two rooms.

Richard was awesome! Not only cleaned the areas I asked for but went above and beyond and cleaned the additional carpeted areas at no charge. Will definitely use again and again!

Richard was wonderful to deal with! He returned my call very quickly and quoted the project over the phone. They called when they said they would, showed up on time, very professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the outcome, the carpets look amazing! They even got out some pet stains from a year ago that we were unable to remove. Would definitely use them again!

We called less than a week before we needed the cleaning as we were under renovation and needed some good, deep cleaning to get rid of the dust that had permeated the house. Rich was very accommodating with our time constraints. They were all very gracious, professional and helpful. Rich even helped my husband move some construction leftovers out so I didn’t have to do it. We were very pleased with the job they did and will certainly use them again in the future!

I found them on Angie's List and it was part of the Big Deal and it was a good price. They were on time. I would use them again in the future.

Rich came up a week prior to give us an estimate - while here for that, he actually cleaned a spot that another company had not been able to remove and would have been available to do the cleaning at that time, however, my schedule did not allow for that. He then came back the next week (and we live in the foothills!) and he completed the rest of the work. He is personable, professional and very competent and eager to make sure his work is thorough.

They showed up on time, were very professional and worked very hard. They were probably there about 6 hours. I would definitely use them again!!

I got an email from Angie’s List and it was some kind of a $99 deal for carpet cleaning. I called them and they came out and did our carpets. They were really good. They were very nice and professional. They did a very good job. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

The carpet looks great. They responded quickly, were on time, cheerful and professional, and fast. I used a discount coupon from Angie's List and thought the price very fair. I will use them again and have already referred them to a friend.

I wasn't happy with them though the carpets looked great when they left. When the carpets dried the next day they just looked dirty again. What I did like about them was that they were really nice on the phone and they were here when they said they would be here. The fellow who was here was very nice. The carpets looked great but when he left and when the carpets dried a lot of dirt showed again. I got out the oxy clean. I was putting the house on the market and there were these areas that were just grey. It was sort of a cream colored carpet and it just didn't come clean. When it comes down to getting the carpets cleaned I wouldn't call them again and that’s why I didn't call them back because if they couldn't get it the first time. I thought the price was okay at that time.

I was quoted a ball park amount on the phone. It did go up quite a bit from that originally quoted amount; but, in all fairness, I had not included the eight area rugs, and there was probably more carpet surface, than I had estimated on the phone. This may be a concern, so if time permits, you might want them to do an estimate in person first, before they come to do the job. I did not think the final bill was unreasonable-- not cheep, but not over the top either. The job took a reasonable amount of time. We were concerned that the carpet was bubbling in several rooms. The owner said it would return to normal after it dried, and it did. We think the carpet looks like it did new. We are very pleased!

Richard was great to work with over the phone with an estimate and setting of an appointment. He called before he arrived and asked if it was OK if he arrived a little early, or did I want him to wait and come at the appointed time. I really apreciated being given the option and told him to come early. Richard and his helper arrived, inroduced themselves and asked to come in and take a look at the area that I wanted cleaned. After an inspection, they quickly started to work and cleaned the whole area thoroughly. They ere exceptionally neat workers, and no peripheral damage was done to any of the rooms or the rest of the house. The stairs were particularly soiled from the movers having to work in snowy conditions, but they look like new now. The entire upstairs looks great now. I liked working with Richard a lot. It is nice to work with a business owner of a small, local business that really cares about his reputation and shows it by providing great service and a quality product. Don't even consider hiring someone to do carpet cleaning without talking to Richard first. His price should always be competitive and his work will always be great.

Job was done with a smile and in a timely manner once he started the job. The carpets are as clean as i have seen them. One improvement would be getting some one to schedule appointments instead of "texting me and I will get back to you." Another would be to show up on time when scheduled.

the crew showed up right on time, it took them a while to set up since we live in a 4th floor unit, but once they ran the hoses' they got to work. They treated and removed a huge oil spot on our light colored carpet. It looks just like new!! Will use them again in the future.

I contacted Liberty Carpet Cleaning via email through Angie's List at the end of November. Rich replied very promptly, and I called him a few days later to schedule the cleaning on December 7th at noon. I told him I would not be at the house, but would send my husband to let the cleaners in. Rich was very accommodating about payment. He said I could give him my credit card information over the phone when he called the morning of the scheduled cleaning to confirm the appointment. When I talked to Rich that morning, though, he said not to worry about it, we would settle up afterward. As it turned out, my husband was there when Jason finished, so he paid by credit card at the time. Jason said the carpets would be dry enough to walk on the next morning, and they were. Everything went very well.
