Liberty Carpet Cleaning

I am very happy with them. They did a really good job. They work out some couple of areas that I had with stains and did the extension. I used them in the past. I did not even have to go with the rental house and they went with their key code, got in just to work.

It was okay. There was no additional cost. They were okay. I wasn’t thrilled but I wasn’t disappointed; they were okay. I have got several carpet cleaners that I have used in the past and I probably would stick with them.

Scheduling and the work were both good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did what they said they would do and they did a good job. They didn't push any additional products or services. There were no additional charges.

They called when on their way and were here right on time. Had them clean the stairs and 4 bedrooms, they spent extra time on one of the rooms that had pet odors. All done at an excellent price. Will definitely use them again!

Once again, Rich and his hard-working crew provided carpet cleaning results that remain unmatched. They cleaned my carpet a month or so ago and it looked like new. My boss is now in the market to sell her condominium and mentioned she wanted her carpets cleaned. I told her how pleased I had been with Liberty Carpet and I gave her the number. She called Rich and I couldn't believe that he fit her in right away as she needed it done by Saturday when a potential buyer is coming to her house. Rich and his 2 helpers were on-time and surveyed the work prior to making a plan on how to safely get their equipment onto a 2nd floor area. They were attentive to spots that had remained unclean from a previous attempt to clean by the big name and quot;Steamerand quot; carpet company. She had also forgotten to mention that her stairs needed to be done and they were stained from dirty water that had spilled from the guy who carried buckets of dirty water out when her kitchen tiling was done.The carpet is spotless, Rich and his crew listened and followed through with every request made. I would not use anyone else. This company takes pride in their work, they are honest, work quickly and are very easy to communicate with. It was fine. They're great. They were there on time and everything.

They were excellent. They came and cleaned it and got rid of the spots. It didn’t dry as quickly as I thought it would. They put a fan on it and went and did some other jobs, then came back and did all of the other things for me. I just called to have them come back to do two bedrooms and a hallway. They have a deal on Angie’s List right now, so I just called to ask what they would charge me. They are great and I am going to have them come back again.

The carpet that I had them clean was at a rental property and it was pretty much trashed. They called and told me there wasn't anything they could do with the bottom floor and they wouldn't charge me for it. They did do the second floor and they did alright. However, they promised they would write me a report with the receipt but they never provided that.

The did a great job. They were super fast, and we had a cat downstairs, and they took care of all the odor. They moved the furniture.The carpet took a few hours to dry, but it was what we had expected.

Awesome! Found them on Angie's List and called them around 11.45am and explained the mess that was my downstairs living room - they said they would absolutely get to my place yet today and by 2pm they were cleaning my carpet! Was the most disgusting and quot;sick dogand quot; mess I have ever seen and they didn't even flinch but got to work and got it down within half an hour. Friendly, professional, kind, efficient --- love these guys. They have earned my repeat business - no questions asked. Next time I am hoping for the and quot;standardand quot; carpet cleaning and not an emergency situation of course! Thank you Angie's List for the exceptional referral!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was just fine. They were very polite but did not reach out to me to schedule; I had to call them to schedule. They did a good job. I had the stairs cleaned and they were not included in the Big Deal price so I had to pay a little additional.

Rich and his team were a blessing to me. I was in between a home liquidation sale and closing in a very tight time frame. I was impressed by how attentive and professional Rich and his crew were. They did a fantastic job. They were very considerate of my home's condition and exceptionally helpful not only with regard to my carpets but also in assisting me with other issues outside their realm. I can't say enough to support them. Jamie is the best with carpet stretching!

They did the work back in 2012. We had a new kitten and they came out and the smell seemed to linger around after they cleaned the carpets. About 1-2 carpet cleaners came out and they were nice guys.

They cleaned the upholstery on a sofa and a recliner.

They arrived at the time promised with three individuals. They were very efficient and worked well together When I originally got the estimate, I was happy with the information and the way it was provided. I watched as those who did the actually cleaning spent extra time as needed for more soiled spots and did everything possible to do the very best that could be done on some areas more worn than others. Everything came out as promised and I was very happy with the final result. I would recommend Liberty to anyone who asks.

I bought a coupon from Angies List, but Liberty never contacted me to arrange an appointment. Angies List contacted me to see if I had heard from Liberty. I responded "no", but never heard from Angies List again. I finally contacted Liberty( Rich) directly and got a tentative commitment for a date to do the work. The evening before the work it was finally confirmed. Rich and his partner arrived on time, were pleasant, worked fast and left in about 3 hours. The finished carpet showed places were they had missed patches(which now contrast vividly with the cleaned areas),some in the middle of the room. |They also said that if I had not bought the Angies List coupon, they would have made me a "better" deal. Overall, the work was fair, but not a good value at $225. A have had Healthy Home do carpet work before. They were thorough, but they are expensive. I guess you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend them and I have recommended them to about 10 people. They give excellent service.

I requested a package on the 5th and had a great turn around initially. The person said they had "given our number to their office and they would be contacting me." They didn't contact me and have missed their window to complete the job. We have used another provider to complete the job to our satisfaction.

They cleaned up very well because I was selling the house. I would recommend them to others.

It didn't. We purchased the promoted service from Liberty Carpet Cleaning. It was advertised on Angie's List as a highly rated company, but we never received a follow-up to schedule the service. I will be requesting a refund from Angie's List. This was our first attempt to use Angie's List, so I will likely be requesting a refund of the Angie's List membership as well.

I have used this provider before and was satisfied. So, I called them back. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone who wants a superb carpet cleaning job. They are punctual, polite, considerate, responsive and professional. All of that and they do a quality job at a very reasonable cost.

They did a pretty good job on the carpets, although the dining room table legs stained my carpet after they finished cleaning that room, usually carpet cleaning services will put something under the legs to prevent this. Also, they soaked my hardwood floors several times with over spray from their equipment, which then soaked into the bottom of several boxes of electronics ( we were still in the process of moving into the house at that point). I went through all my linens and paper towels trying to dry up the hard wood floors, but they still buckled in several spots. I mentioned it to the technicians several times to please try and keep the hardwood floors dry, but they were in a real hurry to finish, and at one point they just threw a blanket on top of one of the puddles, which was about a quarter inch deep at that point, which really did nothing to dry the floor. 175 for the whole house is pretty cheap, but if you include the damage to the floors, it ended up costing me thousands. The moral of the story is, the carpets ended up clean, but they need constant supervision, especially if you have hardwood floors. They have zero attention to detail.
