 + -1 moreRich and (Josh?) called the day before and then again that morning. They arrived on time and did a very good job. My white carpet had not been cleaned in many years and had some dark stains. It looked like "new" carpet when they left. They put waterproof squares beneath the legs of the furniture and even left me some to put under the small furniture items which I had moved prior to their arrival. They were very thorough, professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

 + -1 moreThe price was really good for what I had done. They were fantastic. They were prompt, easy to get ahold of, and gave me a little bit of information on my carpet and how to maintain it. I was considering buying new carpet but they just gave me some better advice. I got them from Angie's List. It looks like completely different carpet. I will definitely be calling them to come back in the future.

 + -1 moreMy daughter purchased a HUD home which had been vacant for two years. We then spent several weeks working on the house, soiling the carpets even further. We scheduled with Liberty Carpet Cleaning to come out two days prior to the scheduled move in day. They showed up on time, even a bit early. Rich, the owner, arrived initially with another gentleman. They surveyed the house and assessed the "damage". They then proceeded to start working right away, spot treating several areas that were a bit worrisome. Shortly after they got underway, two more people arrived to help with the process. They were all extremely thorough, incredibly professional, and very friendly. They did an excellent job, even taking the time to cut dried paint out of some areas where it had dripped. I was absolutely, totally and completely satisfied with the entire process and would most definitely use their services again in the future. My daughter has already recommended them to a friend. I cannot say enough about this company. Use their services. I can't imagine that you would be disappointed.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets throughout entire house and stretched the carpets in three of the bedrooms.

Description of Work: If anyone wants their old carpet to look new again, please call Rich at Liberty Carpet. This is a business that cares about what they do! I have been doing work on the inside of my house to prepare it's for sale. Painting, new carpet installation in a back office and plenty of different workers tracking in stuff from the outside all over the living room and hallway carpets in my upstairs. In the basement, I had a contractor who painted and he was not careful at all with his finsh work of applying this wall texturing stuff. There was a powdery film on everything down there and there were globs of wall texturing that he left there to dry. I could not even let my grandson go downstairs to play. That is until Liberty Carpet took over. Rich and his helper came into the house did a thorough job of vacuuming all the extraneous stuff on the carpet, then after assessing the work he opted to use a brush carpet machine that scrubbed and cleaned upstairs and down. In all honesty this carpet has not looked this good since it was brand new over 15 years ago! Rich even found that the last carpet cleaners that had been here over a year ago, had not rinsed out all of the soap they used and he had to do double duty to clean up what they left behind and then give the carpet a really genuine cleaning. I don't write reviews often. Rich and his crew deserve this one. I have recommended them to everyone I know and there is no way I could have asked for anything more. The price was reasonable and the work exemplary. Capet cleaners, that shall remain nameless, that charge over 3 times as much as Liberty Carpet, have not done a better job! Great service, professional and affordable. Liberty Carpet is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever, ever had in my home. My 88-year old mother raves about how great the carpet looks every time she walks in the room! Best part is now I feel confident letting my family back iand my 9-month old grandson crawls on the carpet upstairs and down without hesitation that the carpet is spotlessly clean.  + -1 moreWe were able to get an appointment same week that I called. They called couple hours ahead of appt. to see if it was okay to come early and we agreed upon one hour which worked out well. Richard reviewed the job and gave us a firm price; no attempt to upsell which in the past many cleaners have bothered me with attempts. The cleaners were quick and efficient. All stains successfully removed and carpets look fantastic at less than half the price we have paid in the past. Carpets show no sign of stretching after fully dried. We will definitely use Liberty again.
Description of Work: Carpets cleaned in bedrooms, main area, staircase. Carpets had stains from pet that had been sick; high traffic areas extra dirty, etc.

 + -1 moreI had the coupon for $99 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning that Liberty has on AngiesList. I had stairs and another bedroom/closet and Richard did it all for $139. The townhouse was already empty so there was no furniture to move which made the job simpler. Due to a miscommunication with my landlord, I called Richard on Thursday afternoon and asked if he could work me in on or before Saturday. My landlord was going to meet me for key swap at 11AM. He scheduled me for 8AM Saturday morning. He arrived at 8AM and was done by 9AM. If your home isn't empty, your time results will likely vary. There were two bad spots on the carpet. Black staining by the garage entry where the weatherstrip rubbed the carpet and a large coffee stain under the couch (note: apparently a teenage boy believes that if he spills his black coffee on your espresso colored couch, there's no need to clean it up due to the perfect color match). Liberty got both stains out of the carpet and it passed landlord inspection. I highly recommend Liberty and would use them again.

After realizing the mistake, he immediately made calls and had someone at my house in less than an hour to do the cleaning. I understand that mistakes are made sometimes, it's how a company responds to that mistake that makes the difference. He was very professional and showed great customer service by geting someone out right away. Jason did a great job on my carpets and I'd definitely use the company again.

I called and spoke to Rich on Friday afternoon and he said he could come Saturday morning. He quoted me $110 for the 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. He called Saturday morning to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and if it would be ok to come an hr early. They got here right when they said they would and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and great to work with. We will definitely be using them again!
