IT went well - good work, no surprises!

He showed up and immediately told me that it would cost an additonal $150.00 over and above what I had purchsed on the internet through Angies List, he had a friend come into our house and they talked constanly it was very annoying . The results were adequate but I would never use them again.

Carpet looked wonderful, stains we tried to remove, and were never successful, were gone. I was amazed.

I was looking for a carpet cleaning service and had a couple of companies give us a quote and then I remembered to look on Angie's List and that is how I found Liberty. I could see based on the reviews that I needed to give them a call. Liberty gave us a phone quote based on the information we gave them on rooms and sizes. We liked the quote that was given to us and we were impressed with the initial conversation. It is clear they are experienced and know what they are doing. They are family owned and are trust worthy and take great pride in doing the job right. They arrived to our house on time and they did pre-spot and cleaned the carpet. They also said the carpet would be mostly dry in about 4 hours. I have to say that I did not believe that because we have had carpet cleaners provide the same service before and it always took almost two days for dry carpet. By that evening the carpet was almost dry and definitely dry the next morning and the carpet looks brand new and so clean. We are very happy. They also moved the furniture that needed to be moved and were careful in everything step taken. I am very impressed and know who to call again. I actually referred them to a family member already.

Promptly returned my phone call and was able to schedule me for the day I wanted, within a 48 hour period. Friendly and got right to work. Did an excellent job, would hire them again. Carpet looked like new afterwards!

Very responsive. Reasonably priced. No up selling like other companies often do. Arrived on time and did a very thorough job. I will use again.

He did a great job cleaning my carpets - very thourough - treated some stains I had even missed. Great work.

If you need carpet cleaning , look no further. They came after we closed , set up fans so it would be dry by the next day. They even came over again to work on a stain that they could not get out and did not want to give up on. The clean carpet looked and smelled so fresh and clean. I know that whenever I need someone to count on , these guys are the "go to" team for me. We have 4 locations and know that I will always call them. They just don't clean carpet, they care that the carpet looks the very best it can look! Thanks Libery Carpet, you are the best!

They arrived on time and cleaned the carpets as requested by our home buyers. At the closing, their real estate agent asked who cleaned the carpets so she could refer Liberty to future clients. She recognized what an excellent job they had done.

I called from Angie's List on Thursday for a Monday appointment (due to moving van coming on Tuesday). No problem scheduling and even arrived an hour early. Very professional and the carpet looks great

Great scheduling, got to talk to the gentleman who actually did the work, arrived promptly, finished promptly and did a great job. Minimal disruption to our lives, which is not always a given with such services!

The carpet cleaner stayed in touch prior to arrival and gave frequent updates as to his ETA.

I was putting in an ink cartridge that exploded in my hands and on the carpet. I tried rug cleaner and it didn't work. Hewlet Packard told me to try sudsy ammonia, which didn't work. I called Liberty who came out a few hours later and cleaned the entire carpet and spot cleaned the stains. My carpet looks fabulous. Richard, who did the work, is one of the nicest men! I'm very happy with the service and price!

They were very friendly, prompt, and did a good job. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work done.

Three days after the floor was cleaned we had company over. One of my friends asked if I had purchased new carpet because it looked so great. They were able to remove all of the pet stains on the floor from my cat. I later ordered three bottles of their spot removal. I also turned my sister on to it. Their product is just wonderful! They are good guys and I conintue to look out for any Big Deals they are offering. I will continue to use their services. They did a really good job. They are also quick and very thorough.

We were getting our house ready to put on the market when Richard and his team from Liberty Carpet Cleaners came to clean our carpets. They were professional, punctual, and friendly. We had already bought a coupon on Angie's List for $99 to have them clean carpets in three rooms. When they arrived Richard agreed to also clean our stairs and upstairs hallway for an additional fee. They did an excellent job, but were bothered that they couldn't get a particularly bad stain out of the carpet in our office, although they were very persistent and tried several different treatments. When they were finished and we were ready to pay Richard the additional fee for the stairs and hallway, he said that he would throw those in for the original $99 because he wasn't satisfied that he hadn't been able to get the bad stain out of the office carpet. We were very grateful. Liberty Carpet Cleaners is who we will call when we need carpets cleaned in the future and we will definitely recommend their services to our friends.

Had a very sick dog who stained the 14 yr old carpet on the main floor and stairs. I called liberty at 8:00 AM and Jason was here before noon. He did an outstanding job and was very professional. We will definitely use Liberty for all of our carpet cleaning needs.

I can't say how impressed I was. They were very professional and did a very thorough job -- they spent much more time than I ever could have expected for a big deal purchase. The carpets and couch looked great and I would only use them in the future (big deal or not).

Prompt and professional. Upon our request, they were able to do an additional room at a reasonalble cost. Would recommend to our friends.

I contacted Liberty on Monday and they were able to schedule me for Wednesday of same week as I requested. Jayson and Josh arrived on time and got right to work. They answered all my questions and left me feeling confident that they knew what they were doing. The job was completed in about 4 hours and it exceeded my expectations. I was surprised that the bill was the same as was quoted over the phone since I added several rugs that I forgot to mention when I first called. Great job by this team.

Rich was able to do a same day service. He also cleaned the stairs and found extra spots without charging more. I was so impressed. I had Rich come back for another property and was just as impressed.

Called for an extimate and tech could stretch the area needing it that same day. He come right on time and then did the cleaning estimate which he called into the cleaning techs. They then came two days later, moved furniture carefully and at the end left me with additional furniture guards I had requested for small pieces I moved back in later. The cleaning team had three members and so they got the job done quickly and very well. I plan to use them again in the next house.

I was very please with Rich and his crew. Our carpet looks so much better after they were finished. They were very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to friends and family and would certainly use them again. Thanks.
