Great. Got me in right away. On-time. Competent. Paid special attention to clean the areas near the baseboard that always look dingy. Will call them again when it is time to sell our old house.

I called for a quote initially and gave the number of rooms and stairs we had. They told me that it would be around 285 and I said that I wanted to shop around. They asked how much I wanted to spend and I said around 200. The owner told me that if I was flexible with the time and day - meaning they could come when they were done with a job on Saturday they could do it for 200 so I agreed. On the day of the service another person came alone (even though the owner said they would also be there) surveyed my home and said that it would be >350 for the same services. The carpets are 2 years old and did not have noticeable stains except an area in the basement that I had informed them of when I called. When they said it would be 350 I told them to leave. The person called their boss and returned to say they could do it for 200. I asked if they would do a quality job and they assured me. Another person and the boss showed up about 2 hours after the initial person arrived and got the job done. They even cleaned 2 chairs I had for free for the "confusion". While I appreciate them sticking to the price they originally quoted me the run around was disappointing. There was never an apology so I am not inclined to use them again. While I understand that you dont really know how much area you are going to have to clean over the phone - dont give quotes over the phone then.

Got their name from your website. They were professional when I contacted them, and arranged for a prompt estimate. They showed up for the estimate on time, did a full evaluation, and provided me with what I considered a reasonable price. While they were here, I asked them about a recent very bad ink stain on a couch cushion, just looking for advice and to see if they could remove it if and when they did the job. They actually pulled up two of their trucks immediately, brought in 2 hoses from these trucks, and proceeded to remove the stain completely - at no charge, and without me having given any commitment to them to do the big project. That really impressed me. I later decided to use them for the project. They showed up on time, were very thorough and did what I consider to be a very good job. It's been more than a month since they did the work, and I see no signs of the wear areas or spots returning. Suffice it to say I am really happy with this company's work.

Liberty was very professional and accommodated our short lead time. We had just purchased our house and wanted the carpets cleaned prior to moving our furniture in. They were very good about the timing of our request. We would definitely use Liberty again.

Rich and his partner were so professional. They were on time and called beforehand to confirm our appointment. They were respectful of our furniture and our schedule. They were also very friendly. Five months after the cleaning the carpet still look so nice that in the in-laws asked if we had new carpeting installed! If we need carpets cleaned again we will definitely use them again.

The young man was very polite. I liked working with them. I think they did a good job on the carpets. Next time, I will ask them not to clean the area rugs though, because they seemed a little flat.

Everything went well, very professional. Took almost 24 hours for the carpet to dry completely, but that's what we were told.

Pros: Contacting Liberty and scheduling the cleaning was easy. They were very willing to answer all my questions ahead of time. Pricing was very good relative to other estimates that I got. After the service, carpets looked cleaned and there was no residual chemical smell, even immediately following the cleaning. Cons: The carpet was very wet when they left. It was nice out for a couple of days so that wasn't a huge deal, but it would be a problem if the weather hadn't been nice enough to open the house up. Also, I think their process is h****** the carpets as there are some areas of our (admittedly old) carpet where there are new snags after the cleaning. Overall, I think their service was a good deal, but I'd hesitate before using them if I had new or high end carpet.

I saw Liberty Carpet on Angies list and thought it seemed like they were a good company based on the reviews. I called Richard the week before our service and asked if he had any availability for the next week to come clean our basement carpet. He was super nice on the phone and offered that they could come first thing on Monday morning. He showed up on time, a co-worker also came to help him out. They moved furniture in the basement when needed, made sure my hardwood floor on the main level was protected from their equipment, and overall did a great job cleaning the carpet. They even got stains out from my puppy! When I went downstairs, I noticed that the carpet on the stairs was wet. It's relatively new carpet so I didn't ask him to clean that. He said, " I just threw in the stairs for you, did a quick rinse." I thought that was very kind and really appreciated his thoroughness. Overall, a great experience! I definitely recommend him.

They were punctual, courteous, and it was overall an excellent experience from start to finish.

They cleaned my whole downstairs carpet and the stairs 1400 sq feet in 2 hours. They removed a variety of stains and dealt with high traffic areas. They were on time, fast, personable and did an excellent job for a great price. They used supplemental fans and everything was clean and dry for my Thanksgiving celebration. I wouldn't ever call anyone else.

We would use them again. The two guys showed up during the 2-hour window they had promised, and they did a good job.

Wonderful people to have in your home! They were very thorough, pre-treated EVERY spot and the end result was a sparkling clean carpet all through the apt. With 4 animals in the house I will be having them back on a regular basis!!

They arrived and asked if there were any areas that needed more attention than others. I told them, everything needed more attention, that I have 2 cats. One that likes the throw up on occasion. They didn't flinch. Overall it was a very good experience. They came in and got the job done.

There was a little confusion about getting back to me, but that was resolved. I had used an Angie's list coupon for two rooms for $99 and paid up front. When they came, I told them I had more than two rooms and we negotiated another price for the rest of the house which I thought was fair. They really worked hard and I loved the results. Everything dried pretty fast and was really clean when they were done. I would recommend them and in fact did use them again already as I had an accident and big spill on our stairs, and I was physically unable to clean it up since I fell -- I called them and on the spur of the moment they worked me into their schedule the following day and did another great job -- everything was removed. They work fast and do a great job.

Richard was very professional along with his helper Jim. He was on time and did everything I asked. He moved all the furniture that I wanted. Since I have allergies it was nice to have the carpets cleaned under the beds and dressers. I realize all the work that was involved, and it was nice that he was able to do it. He never complained. I used to do it all myself. It was just really nice to have someone else do it for once. Coit came out clean my coach and chair on the same day that the carpet cleaners were here only to realized that it was impossible to dry clean the coach. They said they could only promise a 10% improvement in the appearance of the coach. Then Coit was supposed to clean the small chair too. He then told me that they have a minimum dollar amount for cleaning. The small chair was not worth Coit doing it. Because I did not want to pay the minimum price for them to clean a small chair, Richard said he would clean the chair for me. I then took my cushions to the dry cleaners and they were able to clean them 100%. They look great. Thank you Richard for helping me out with the chair.

Great experience. Another vendor (eco carpet cleaning) called me the morning of the appointment to notify me that they would not be able to perform the service that day b/c their truck broke down (unlikely according to other reviews!). In any case, I called Liberty and they quoted me a decent price and were able to perform the services that afternoon. Carpets were clean and job well done!! I highly recommend!!!

Liberty responded quickly when I left a message for an appointment within the next week. They arrived right on time and went about their job in a responsible manner. I had already coordinated with them regarding furniture removal from the rooms to be cleaned. They did an excellent job on three rooms and a stairway. The owner of Liberty was there and was very accommodating regarding some extra areas that needed cleaning. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Had to haul machines up to 4th floor apt. He was on time -- actually a few minutes early -- and worked very hard!! Did a great job on both the carpet and the upholstery! Would use him again!
