They were prompt in arriving; put down blankets to avoid walking on or spilling liquids on my adjoining wood floors; and did a very good job of cleaning very old carpet. They even set up a half dozen fans or so to make sure the carpets would be dry before my kids got home from school. A very good experience, and I will use them again.
Description of Work: I hired them to steam clean my hallway, bedrooms, and stairway carpets.

Description of Work: Cleaned our carpeting which had been soiled by the dogs tracking in dirt. The gents worked hard and the carpet looks the best ever and we've tried a few different companies. We also had a designer sofa and love seat the dogs had dirtied. The Liberty gentlemen were A+++ in every regard and did great work.  + -1 moreGreat. Randy's appearance and clothing is very professional. He is a great communicator and doesn't leave any questions unanswered. He completed my entire house in 2-3 hours and after he cleaned up, everything was perfectly in order. He informs the customer about the drying time and what to expect when the carpets are completely dried. The entire procedure went smoothly, without any troubles. His equipment is top quality and the water extraction method completely renews the carpet. Excellent experience and I'd not hesitate calling him again.
Description of Work: Randy came to the house with his equipped vehicle in order to perform carpet cleaning in my entire house. He was extremely professional, well-dressed, introduced himself with his certification, and explained the process to me before beginning the work. First he pre-soaked the carpets with a pleasant orange-scented product and then proceeded with the hot water extraction. He also pre-treated the dog urine spots. His son was also working with him to help carry the hoses and equipment, and to complete the cleaning. He carefully placed orange protection pieces by every open door and carefully placed foam pieces under the furniture legs. Everything was done with care, knowledge, and attention to details. My carpets smelled fresh and they look brand new. Randy's service costs more than many others, but his quality of work is excellent. He is also an educator in terms of the services and explains everything. The investment was totally worth it , considering allergies and health issues alone. I'm sure I'll use Randy's services again in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone who cares first about quality.

 + -1 moreThe only problem I had with them was that they did not move all the furniture telling me that I didn't need that even though I wanted them to. They were professional but the brushes were quite rough on the carpet. It was the first time I ever had it cleaned. There were a few stains that I really wanted removed and they did that for which I was very thankful. I definitely got my money's worth and the payment was already paid to them through Angie's list before they came over. This made it convenient.
Description of Work: Liberty carpeting came on time and brought in their equipment and worked very hard to clean the carpet. It looked really nice when they left although it was quite wet. They cleaned my family room and 4 steps going up to the kitchen. I live in a tri-level.

Everyone arrived on time, got to work immediately and work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. They even left a drying fan for us to use overnight which they picked up the next day - a nice gesture.

Description of Work: Michael and his crew cleaned three rooms, (one with heavily soiled carpet and one with pet stains) and stairs. They did a pretreat on all the areas and when they were done the carpets looked great. I was no longer embarrassed for people to see the carpets. I have had Liberty clean my carpets two times before and they always do a great job. I highly recommend their service.

 + -1 moreWe purchased the Angies List big deal for 99 for 3 rooms cleaned. We wanted to have the rooms cleaned before we moved into our new house. I contacted them after purchase to arrange scheduling and talked to Richard. I had to follow up after initially talking with him to get a date/time scheduled because I didnt get a follow up call as promised. But after getting a hold of him, they were quickly able to arrange a day/time for the cleaning the day before our scheduled move. I was able to give them our garage door access code so they could show up and get into the house to clean without anyone needing to be there. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased with how clean the carpets turned out. Would definitely use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreLiberty Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. I called on a Thursday to schedule a Monday cleaning, and a crew of four men were at my home promptly on Monday. They worked efficiently and did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and area rug. There were some pretty tough spots on the carpet, and they managed to get them out. It's been a week and a half since they were here, and none of the spots have reappeared (which they've done in the past after other carpet cleaners have left). We are very happy with the service provided by Liberty Carpet Cleaning and will most definitely use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreThey arrived promtly at 8 a.m. sharp on a Saturday morning, not with the usial crew of two as with other cleaners I've used, but with FOUR able bodied men. That made for efficient and quick work of the job. Did a very professional job, thorough and polite. In fact, the owner even offered to come back later in the day to help me move back an area rug that had gotten moved outside to dry in the process. Nice touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
