Liberty Carpet Cleaning

Arrived at designated time, but forgot upholstry hose. Came back in the afternoon with nephew. Was diligent at removing the ink stain. Couldn't get it all (which I think is fair). Water stains were left on sofa underneath the cushions. Nephew couldn't wait to get out of here. I removed covers after they left to let everything dry out. There was a musty smell so I put baking soda on the covers and cushions and let sit for several days before I assembled everything again. I will say he was very diligent and focused on the ink stains. He was successful at reducing the stain and what's left I can live with as it blends in okay. Next time I will use another service.

Service was very good. Took a lot of time and care in cleaning. Very polite and friendly folks. Even spot cleaned my carpets for no charge. We are going to get our carpet cleaned by them sometime in the near future. Very pleased overall with the service. HIGHLY recommended!!!

This was the first honest and professional carpet cleaner I think I've ever dealt with. They gave me a quote on the phone and they actually stuck to the quote when the finished the service (which honestly surprised me given my past carpet cleaning experiences). No attempts to upsell me on anything or give me some speech about how the rooms were bigger than an average room (or how different parts of a hallway count as different rooms!). These guys are the best. Hardworking, honest, straightforward. And my very ugly carpet turned out great! We were planning on replacing it all, and now thanks to them, we'll keep it for at least a few more years. I plan to use Liberty carpet cleaning at least once a year from now on.

Showed up on time, did the work (including getting a particularly dirty basement room's rug very clean) and where out within 90 minutes. Professional, fast, thorough and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a whole house carpet cleaning job done.

I purchased the Angie's list deal for $395, and then called to see if they could move some extra furniture to clean under beds, etc. They sent two guys who arrived on time, within a 30 minute window. For an extra $50, they moved beds and all kinds of stuff, which we thought was more than fair. They took their time and we thought they did a great job. Would use them again.

Liberty Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job! I had never had hired a carpet cleaner before and honestly did not know what to expect. While I am more than happy with the job that Liberty Carpet Cleaning did, and the results, I did learn that I should move boxes and other items I would like them to clean underneath before they arrive. I don't know how long the carpet had been in the home before my dog and I moved in 7 years ago but by this point it was really dirty and almost to the point I thought it needed to be replaced. Liberty Carpet Cleaning made it look almost new again and bought me a few more years before the carpet will need to be replaced. I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty Carpet Cleaning and I'm sure I will be using their services again in the future.

This company is fantastic. I've hired them twice in the past nine months to clean the carpets in our house. Both times they've arrived on-time with a top notch crew. They clean the entire house in record time and the quality of work is first rate. I have three kids and very large dog so my carpets get dirty quickly. After the carpets are cleaned they look new again. The price is extremely reasonable. I have no need to go to any other cleaning companies in the future.

I am reviewing this company only after getting a request from Angie's List. I had a mixed experience with Liberty Carpet Cleaning and will not use them again because of damage that appeared on our bedroom carpeting after they cleaned. There were several things they did quite well. Their owner was very agreeable and flexible with scheduling the appointment, the two young men who did the work worked very hard and were very organized. They used a truck mount system and they were very careful of my home, which was entirely empty of furniture as we had not yet moved in. The problem came after a reddish line appeared at two seam areas after they had been cleaned. The young men showed them to me, they tried to remove them and they gave me a bottle of some special carpet cleanser that they hoped would take it out or remove any other stains I might get in other areas in the future. They didn't offer to call their boss though, and after they left, I didn't hear from anyone again. In my inexperience, I hoped that the color would fade as it dried, but it did not. I didn't have the chance to address this situation until a month later, and I finally called the owner to ask him about the experience. He agreed to come out to look at it and tried to remove the discolorations but was unsuccessful. He said he didn't have any idea what happened and didn't really offer me any ideas about how to fix this issue. To my shock, he took back the bottle of cleanser his workers had given me and left the house, and that was the last I heard from him. In retrospect, I don't believe this company is industry certified to do this work, and I should've used one certified by the IIRC, such as Coit. As it is, I now have two rose colored lines running along the seams of my sage green bedroom carpet after this company cleaned my carpet. To note, the previous owner had this carpet cleaned, and I am not sure who did it, though she said it was steam cleaned. Finally, in the areas where we didn't have problems, the carpet looked nice. If it goes well, then LIberty is fine, but if they encounter problems, I feel they're not experienced enough to handle these type problems nor do they have the resources to fix any problems they create.

Absolutely punctual on time. No b*******... Good ethics & professionalism and above all...did an awesome job at a fair price. I am using him again and again as and when needed. Very careful and considerate about clients.

I spoke with Richard about the situation and he went over to look at the house immediately (using the realtor lock box) to give me his assessment. He did a walkthrough and called me back immediately. He said that the white plush carpet was cared for and that he didn't see a need to clean the whole house. Then he said he would come back in a couple of days and try to work on the steps where the carpet runner was and some small stains to see if he could make it look any better. The whole process, including Richard's test run, was all communicated to me so I knew what was going on. Richard even took the initiative to contact my realtor and have her come look at his test run to see if she was more satisfied with what she observed - and she was! Richard immediately set-up a date to come in and work on the house since we needed it done immediatley for market showings - he came on a Sunday!!! He worked on those few areas for 4 hours!! Everyone that has since come through has said that the carpet looked great and it helped the house show really well. If I could give an A++, I would give it to Richard and Liberty Cleaning. In a time where Customer Service has gone to pot, I think it all shifted over to Richard and Liberty Cleaning, NO JOKE!!!!! 1.) He could've made a lot of money by saying that the white carpeted house totally needed to be cleaned and everything (4500 sqfeet), but he didn't; 2.) The fact that he did a test run on his own and took the initiative to see if the client, my realtor as my representative, was happy before any quote or further work done was above any expectations I could've ever had. I would recommend Richard to ANYBODY and I would definitely use him again and again and again!!!

I hired Liberty Carpet Cleaning based on their high recommendation on Angie?s list. They spent two hours in my house and did a very thorough job. They lifted up heavy furniture to clean underneath those pieces and made sure the entire carpet was clean. They were conscientious: they protected the carpet by placing small plastic squares underneath each piece of furniture. I had a previous carpet cleaner tell me he could not get some stains out because it was actually ?carpet wear?. Liberty Carpet Cleaning was able to clean those ?worn? areas and the entire carpet looked almost brand new when they finished. I fully intend to hire them again; they did excellent work.

They team of three performed their job with professionalism. The guys worked quickly and spot treated stains, including glue from a mouse trap that our dog drug around the house. Without charging extra they cleaned two area rugs that also had glue trap on them. After they were finished they left a fan with us so we could move it around the house to dry our carpets.

On Angie's List's recommendation, I called Liberty Carpet Cleaners and made an appointment for their services. They arrived on time and checked out my unit, brought in their equipment and proceeded to clean the carpets. They were very efficient, professional and industrious. Their truck mounted steam cleaner appeared to force the cleaning fluid deeply into the carpet fibers which pleased me a lot. Accordingly, they did a highly acceptable job. Yes, I would call them again.

We are always weary to try a new carpet cleaning company due to a bad past experience. We looked a the reviews on Angie's for these guys and decided to give them a try. We purchased the $175 deal for our hour and couldn't be happier. They showed up on time, got all the stains out the carpet (left from the prior owners as we haven't moved in yet). They were very professional and called to let us know they would be a few minutes late. We will for sure recommend them in the future - they did a great job!

Everything went OK. What would have made it above average would have been some follow-up or help offered to get the area rug and the runner back in the house when they were left outside to dry. There didn't seem to be any concern that I live alone and am over 55. I also bought a cleaning for 3 rooms at $95. It ended up at $150. I still am not sure why but my bad for not asking for more detail for the change.

Liberty Carpet Cleaning not only did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, but they went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. With an impending blizzard potentially interfering with our scheduled appointment the next day, they came over at 8pm on a Friday night to clean the carpets so that we could move into our home that following Monday. These guys are great!

Rex is the owner and he did a great job on my carpet. He even left a product for me to use in the future on my carpet. He is very thorough and the work performed was to satisfactory.

I took advantage of one of the Angie's List deals offered by this company, and it was easy to work with the owner to schedule a date and time, even before I purchased it. I called and we discussed, and while I was on the phone I purchased the deal. Then, some follow-up to nail down the date and time and voila, job done.

The overall experience was great. I called and set up an appointment for the following day. The company showed up five minutes early and did a great job cleaning the carpet and the price couldn't be beat.
