Liberty Carpet Cleaning

It's a long story, but the end result was a stream of black printer ink on a thirty-foot stretch of very light colored three-month old carpeting. We were set to bite the bullet and just order replacement carpeting, but decided first to consult with a carpet cleaning company. That's where Liberty came in. Rich said that he would look at the carpet and try some things to see if they could even do the job, this at no cost to us. Not only did it work wonderfully, we hired him on the spot. The first treatment was a dream and we were amazed that it went away so completely. Carpets are tricky, though, and Rich warned us that once it dried, we might find that not everything was gotten and that we should call him immediately to come out to do more. He was right. There were spots that showed up in the bright light of day (some of this was done in a rather dim lighted area as the sun was going down), and he went right to work and got the great job he did the night before even better, way beyond our expectations. This work was done by Rich's son Jason. Finally, the upon drying, we found that there was still some shading in the worst area of the ink damage. No problem. Rich was over in a couple hours and this time he got it. All of these three visits were done for the initial fee of $170, extremely reasonable by any measure, but considering the $1500+ we would have had to pay by purchasing new carpeting, it was an incredible value. We recommend Liberty Carpet Cleaning without reservation and are already thinking of having them come back to do some other cleaning projects we have had in mind. They're honest, they are not happy until the customer is happy, and they're incredibly reasonable (not to mention extremely nice people to deal with). You can't go wrong with this outfit.

They arrived late after rescheduling the evening before for an earlier time. They did call to say they would be late. However, they called at the time they were to have arrived. I was not impressed with the cleaning or stain removals. They did not vacuum prior to treating carpet and did not request me to do it either before their arrival. They finished the basement , which is approximately 1200 sq feet as well as18 stairs and a landing in little over an hour. They were quick, but perhaps a little time spent on a few spots would have made a big difference in my evaluation of their service. Although not awful, I would not call them back again to "clean" my carpets, sorry to say.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it was not good. They were scheduled to show up at 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday. At 2:00 p.m. I called them telling them I was waiting for them to show up. They told me they were at home and had forgotten about the appointment. They said they would be right out. When they came out they were very friendly and did a great job. They were nice and professional enough but they missed their appointment.

We bought a home and discovered when the furniture and rugs were removed that the carpets were excessively dirty and stained. Rich, graciously, came out on a last minute notice. He looked at the carpets and decided to scrub all of them prior to steam cleaning. He stated this was the only way to get them clean. He worked tirelessly for hours and when he was finished, the carpets looked outstanding. We used this company, before, and we were also pleased with the results. They are all professionals and the work they do exhibits pride in the service that they provide.

We purchased a coupon through Angie's list for 1500 sf carpet cleaning. Contacted Liberty and was able to make an appointment for the day and time I wanted. They showed up on time, got right to work, and were able to get lots of tough stains out of the carpets. The price was very reasonable for the square footage and two staircases.

Rich and his partner did a great job today. I used the voucher, purchased on Friday and left a VM. He returned my message promptly that night. We setup a Sunday cleaning and they were right on time. Cleaned my house and it looks great. I live in Castle Rock so it's on the edge of their service area, they were still not late from time they committed. Thanks guys.

They did really well. They got all the stains out that we didn't think would come out.

Very professional, fast but thorough, carpet looks and smells like new despite 5 years of pets and kids. Highly recommended!

Ok but he left a couple spots that should have been cleaned up. Services were ok but nothing to really brag about.

Liberty cleaned all of the carpets in the basements, for the Angie's List special of $175. The owner and his helper were careful not to damage any furniture and provided prompt, professional, friendly service. I liked that it was a family run business and would definitely use Liberty again.

Not surprsed that Liberty Carpet Cleaning have so many great reviews. Family owned business of hard working, polite professionals and Rich is a great guy. Have used them many times over the years at my residence and rental property. They always show up on time and do an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

The technicians were very professional, quick to do the work, and charged me minimally for the extra stain removal. They left the carpets clean and barely damp, as well as explaining where a couple of the major problems would reappear after the area was completely dry. My only disappointment was that they had assured me with continued light application of a product I was given these areas would also clean up. It has been about 6 weeks, and after weekly applications, they still are looking stained, improved, but stained. I give them very high marks as this was the BEST carpet cleaning experience and I am very happy with their work, my cats not so much.

Showed up on time, knew what they were doing, completed in expected time, cost was just about right. After drying, our carpets were looking as good as new. What more can one ask for? They did an excellent job and are now on our list for all future carpet cleaning.

Professional, clean cut employees and professional van/equip. Showed up on time, did the job for the agreed upon price and didn't try to up the price after they show up. Did a good job cleaning the carpets. A little more money than some, but way less than the big guys. The guy I spoke with at the job was very honest about what they can and cannot clean. He actually did not recommend a stain in the bedroom even be attempted for extra $$ because he knew from experience it wasn't going to come out! I would use this company again. Overall they did a good job and they are honest with you about the work. Overall I'd give them an A

Purchased a Big deal for Liberty Carpet Cleaning. They are absolutely fantastic. At first they recommend someone to stretch our carpets. After the carpets were stretched they came back to clean 3 rooms and hallway. They showed up with couple of technicians and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. The communication with Rich was great. He worked with us on our time for scheduling.

They arrived on time, they were fast, and efficient. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

They did a fine job. They were on time. They re-placed the furniture, which was important to me. The carpet was clean.

The three employees showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They took care that the shampoo did not get in the furniture, and that the hose did not damage the walls or furniture. They cleaned the carpets in all rooms (roughly 1500 square feet) and on the stairs. They removed stains that had set in and been there a while. I will use again.

Cleaning went fine, although our tenant reported that the carpet was very stiff once they were done and remained that way for a long time. I contacted them again to do more cleaning and they never got back to me. I was happy with the initial service, but not with the follow up. What sort of business doesn't respond when you ask them to provide you with more services? Weird.

It went fine. When I moved a coffee table and couch, I thought, this was not cleaned. I phoned and they came back that day. He (I cannot remember the owner's name, i am sorry) moved all of the furniture and recleaned. He apologized profusely and just said obviously they messed up. Perhaps a miscommunication in that area. All was fine after that.
