+ -1 moreThis was a simple job, but the crew's approach was very slapdash. They gouged out a section of the exterior support beam & made no effort to repair it. When I pointed this out to Chin, he acted very put out, and I really had to press him to correct it. It wasn't until he was already paid that I noticed exposed nails. On top of that, he never suggested adding another gutter to the structure to prevent future water damage. I'm sure the patch will hold for a season or so, but ultimately it will need to be redone.
Description of Work: We had a leak in the roof of our garage & hired KS to patch it. They replaced board & tar paper on a 2' X 8' section.
