Karen Hermelink

Karen was our buyer's agent when we purchased our home, we enjoyed working with her and so when it came time to sell our home and move out of state it was an obvious choice to call her to be our listing agent. Selling a home is extremely stressful, moving out of state is extremely stressful, selling a home from out of state can be a nightmare (trust me, this is not the first time we have had to do this). Karen took what stood to be a very difficult situation for us and eliminated a very large part of that stress. We were able to focus on all the other things confident that she was doing everything she could to help us sell our home. She is very professional, creative as well as thorough in her marketing efforts, and she is a straight-shooter looking out for our best interests. We have had real estate agents in the past try to convince us to accept less than ideal agreements just to have it done, or not offer an opinion or information at all. Karen has answered all of our questions with helpful information so that we may make an informed decision on our own. I can't stress enough how much our family likes and appreciates her!
