He was very responsive and advised when he was on his way. Quality work and explanation of what we needed to do and why. Very friendly, professional and will use him again when needed and recommend to everyone!! First class and love that it is a family run business!!

Called the day before to set start time. Arrived at agreed upon time. Immediately went to work. Consulted with us when a question arose. Used tarps to contain mess. When we noticed one item had been missed, they returned the next day to take care of that item. Will use them again.

Before I hired JM, I had three other workmen look at my chandelier. None of them could figure out what was causing the lights to flicker. Josh diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, and fixed the wiring. He was a very nice man and very professional. My only issue with him was that his rates were pretty high.

The technician came within the arrival window and was really professional. They explained the process as the repair work was done. I feel it was a bit pricey for the work done but at the end of the day, the problem was fixed in a timely fashion.

Hannah completed the installation within the time she estimated, and for a competitive price. The electrical work was tidy, and she cleaned up after her work. She was professional and courteous, explaining in detail what work she would do.

J&M completed the project quickly and was priced better than other quotes received. Although the job was completed and panel is functional they were supposed to return to swap out a breaker when the new unit came in but never got back with me.

The electrician was on time, gave me a quote for the work and completed the work promptly. She picked up and vacuumed the area when she was done. I will definitely use them again for any electrical repairs.

I am working with JM Electric on a fairly extensive remodel and they have been incredible. They are working directly with Xcel and I to make sure our panel upgrade goes smoothly as it requires work with the power company. They gave a quick and concise estimate of work and have always been on time and clear with communication. The LED ceiling lights and aluminum wiring removal were done well and quickly for a fair price. Sebastian in particular has been a great help and is knowledgeable and professional, handling all of the details.
