I was disappointed that Service Magic either did not listen or did not understand what I needed. Thankfully, JM Electric listened to my description of the problem and were able to provide the service I needed. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Great Work!!

JM Electric did a fantastic job for us. They were prompt, kept to schedule and cleaned up after they were done. The pricing was fair and their representative was very courteous and took the time to explain the charges as well as make recommendations.

Work was done in a timely manner, and clean up was good. We added on two additional installations that day, and they were able to install them for us as well. My only complaint is that the quote was given over the phone and when the electrician got here he charged us additional cfees for the remotes and extenstion rods for the fans stating that they were not mentioned in the quote- Which was incorrect as they were mentioned. However, I called for the quote and my husband was here for the installation so he couldn't really argue that point. Other than that we were very happy.

I'm very pleased with JM Electric. Wes did a super job. Friendly, and full of knowledge. Very helpful with all of my questions. We had a whole house fan installed not just an attic fan!

They are very thorough and I like the products they offer. More money but great products are worth it in the long run.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Jeff, our technician. Not only did he call me more than an hour before the window in which he was scheduled to let me know that he was running behind (and gave me the time he could be here), he called me when he left his job so that I could meet him at the house. I didn't have to wait at all - perfect! Once he got there, he was very efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. Although I was expecting to just get an estimate for the work that needed to be done, he ended up just fixing everything that needed fixing in about an hour and a half - explaining everything as he went along. Highly rec.

Great technicia, and I am very happy with the work. Electrical work is always expensive but I couldn't be more pleased with what I received for my money. I having them do some additional work.

Guys showed up on time. Some of the receptacles were roughed in not level. Didn't clean up after work was completed which is very annoying. Very rushed during a Saturday which is the reason why some of th receptacles were crooked as they were trying to finish quickly instead of taking time to do a nice job.

Very efficient. Completed job in an orderly timely manner. Bid price was within reason.
