+ -1 moreHe's very capable and flexible. Nothing has been too challenging for him. He is married to our nanny, and so sometimes he even helps with the twins, and is a family man. He has a high degree of integrity and presents very well. He's someone everybody should feel welcoming into his or her home. He's not licensed, but his work is top notch, and his prices are more than competitive.
Description of Work: Javier replaced all the components in our toilet (pump, float, etc). He replaced the kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He has fixed our folding closet doors that had been off track. Also did extensive work regrading our flower gardens so water would drain away from the house, in the process widening the beds and creating a border.
