In each case, he arrived promptly, was able to solve the problem or issue, had the hardware or software needed with him and did a good job. He was especially patient helping me to debug a problem on my office computer from which admin rights are locked. He was able to work with my remote IT guys and do what was needed.
Description of Work: I have used George multiple times - from setting up wireless routers, to installing printers on a 'locked' office computer, to updating Firewalls, and doing general cleanup and defrag of harddrives.

THE PERSON WHO CAME NOT ONLY DID NOT EVALUATE THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY AS I LATER FOUND OUT, BUT HE WAS VERY PHYSICALLY INAPPROPRIATE WITH ME. HE WAS INSISTING THAT I NEEDED TO UPGRADE MY COMPUTER AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO SPEND $300+ TO FIX THE PROBLEM HE THOUGHT I WAS HAVING. I WOULD NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO FEEL AFRAID TO HAVE SOMEONE COME AND LOOK AT A REPAIR THAT I NEED DONE.
Description of Work: I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GET AN EVALUATION OF A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY HOME BUSINESS COMPUTER.
