Alex and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and used the key in the lock box to enter. We arrived at approximately 11:30 AM and the crew was nearly done. The house was beautifully cleaned: inside drawers and cabinets; counter-tops and back-splashes; inside and outside of appliances; two refrigerator-freezers; oven; microwave; sinks; tubs and showers; faucets; mirrors; toilets; baseboards; window sills; 3 large blinds; swept floors in basement; dusted all edges including removing cobwebs along ceilings and walls; cleaned all floors ~ swept and washed hard floors and vacuumed carpeted floors; fireplace ~ vacuumed/swept out (We did not use the fireplace, so there was no ash or soot. The wood was stacked for decoration only.)

Excellent - Originally cleaned our house after we bought it but before we moved in. They did such a great job that we hired them to clean our house every other week.

Owner is friendly, easy to get in touch with and his goal is to make sure as a customer I am satisfied with the work. Ladies who do the work are friendly and efficient. Little things that bother me like not putting knick knacks back in the right place after dusting are made up for by bigger things like cleaning my oven spotless from 14 years of grime (at no extra cost) and the fact that I'm not the one doing the cleaning is a blessing to me.

They did a more complete cleaning of the house. The rooms were already previously cleaned, I just wanted everything touched up for new guests coming in. They did quick wipe downs because everything was cleaned. The owner, Robin came over to the house ahead of time and she gave me an estimate for the whole house, every two weeks. It is a big house and it turns out that I only needed one part of the house done. They knocked the price down. When I need a little extra done, they tact on a little extra. In other works, they have been very fair about the pricing. The price was right. The are reliable and consistent. They always call the day before they are coming to tell me the time they are going to be here. The crews are cheerful and well trained. There is always a crew chief in charge who I get to know, even though other people come. One day she had to be out, and the secondary chief was here and I already knew him from three other visits. It is a crew situation where you get to know the people even though it is a corporate operation. They make it comfortable to have them in the house. The house stays clean. I have them under a permanent contract.

The home stays cleaned. Before they come, I have to clean it. Then they come in and clean it. It's a standing joke that you clean before the cleaner's come. While I hate to get up and have them disrupt my schedule, in the end it is a whole lot better to have a regular habit of straightening up before they come, and to have them clean on a two week basis. That is what I really like. The house gets cleaned every two weeks no matter what. I will continue to use them.

I use the office in Aurora, and it was just sold. They have a new boss. I like them and I think the new boss is going to be great. I use them every two weeks. I have been using them for awhile now. They are consistent and reliable. The only time I had an issue with them not arriving at the appointed time was that they were 15 minutes early, and I was still eating breakfast. One time I caught them parked outside because they knew I would complain if they came too early. They are very responsive and reliable people. The owner of the business is still in the business with other franchises further to the north. I found them on Angie's List. Her name is Robin F. and her husband operates other home cleaning businesses. I understand she sold it because it was too much of a commute and she is just going to work out of one of office's closer to home. She is not going to cover the whole Denver area anymore. I have used them for awhile. My former house cleaner, who is now my gardener, had to drop out because she didn't have the staff. She just asked me now that she has a staff if I would like her to pick it up again. I said no and that I had a good, stable situation and I was staying with it. I think of them as a long term relationship. They are not cheap, but I sure am getting value for what I pay for. The crew that comes with three people are unusually pleasant and responsive people. Behind the scenes, I infer that they look very carefully at who they hire. So when a new person comes, he or she is under the direction of the crew director for that day. I have had the same crew director for a couple of years, and she is kind of responsible for any newbies. I have come to be comfortable with whoever they bring. They do a great job.

Robin was fantastic as she did a preliminary walk through to help identify what I needed to have them focus on in order to be most effective. She came in with a wonderful crew that hit the ground running. the team was organized and focused. I was very pleased with their work

I've been a customer for over 10 years now. Maryann and her crew have always done exceptional work in keeping my house cleaned. They are always responsive, thorough, timely and professional. Tina and Robin are also extremely easy to work with regarding any schedule changes I need to make or any special requests I might have. They are by far the best cleaning service I have used and would definitely recommend them.

Mary Ann and her crew always do an excellent job. They are thorough and very accommodating to our needs. Home Cleaning has been cleaning our home for many years. On the few (and I mean one or two) occasions when a mishap occurred, Robin (owner) was responsive and completely resolved the problem to our satisfaction, in a very timely manner. Would recommend Home Cleaning, without hesitation.

This was our first cleaning experience with this company and we are highly satisfied with the cleaning services performed by the four ladies. They were very professional and friendly as well and interested in doing a good job.......particularly the team manager. They arrived promptly together and went right to work. Our house is fairly large with a lot of wood and cleaning surfaces. They functioned efficiently as a team and quickly determined who would do each job, ultimately completing each area in a timely and thorough manner. They checked with me to determine if their cleaning met my expectations and if we had and further cleaning needs. My expectations were well met and I did not discover any missed areas later on.We will definitely hire this company for our future cleaning needs once a month and have requested this same crew each time.

Stainless steel appliances - are difficult to clean but if team can't even see the streaks...same for kitchen sink. They may get wiped out but not cleaned. Dusting - regardless of area of home - is sorely lacking. Bathrooms - 2 are for guests. When you ask team to clean completely because we have guests coming in for the holiday & it doesn't get done but then service lacks in master bathroom too...there's an issue. Floors - 1 little quart container does not make for clean floors especially if there isn't any type of cleaning solution in the water. Most items weren't put back close to where they belong. We're not asking for perfection but team should attempt to place close to where they found items.

During interview with Robin - 2 of us live here & keep it clean so we know how long it takes to clean (which doesn't include deep cleaning). I expect team to come in & clean not blow in & blow out. Home office must be cleaned 1st because I work from home & I am on several conference calls as the day goes on. Received reminder email day before initial cleaning with approximate time team will arrive. 3 member teams arrives promptly. 1 team member completed all dusting throughout. 1 team member cleaned all 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom is barely used - guest bedroom). 1 team member cleaned all floors. Vacuum used is for pet free home. Home office - tackled 1st as promised. What really impressed me; paper shredder behind door was emptied which was never discussed during interview. Floors Vacuum used is for pet free home. Mopped all floors. 6 Levels - stairs & office only, have carpet. Everything else is hardwood / ceramic tile Dusting - team member actually dusted doors. I don't think I've ever seen this before. All window sills & wood blinds were dusted. Kitchen - team member actually moved items on counters to clean underneath them. Master bathroom - due to cleaning products used by us we have build up but after cleaning from HCCA we can tell a difference. What impressed me: I forgot to take out small rubbish can from closet but team member actually opened linen closet, found, emptied & put in new bag. Master bedroom - during interview, placing clean sheets out - bed would be changed. I love this. Living room - patio door - glass cleaned inside as well as front entrance door. I was asked about cleaning outside of front entrance but I declined. What impressed me: the fact the inside was cleaned & this too wasn't discussed during interview. While we've never minded cleaning our home it isn't at the top of our list of "excitement" which is why we elected to hire a cleaning service because we want our weekends free for exciting adventures. Having met so much disappointment I elected to place out 11 test areas to see which would actually be hit. 9 out of 11 found - impressive. After working with other cleaning companies & always meeting disappointment it was great to see a team come in & actually clean. Considering we keep our house clean without a cleaning service I do feel the initial cleaning price of $220 is high. Robin had mentioned because we have so much area as hard surface more involvement is needed in cleaning. I don't agree but I can be flexible after the initial cleaning / test. We elected to have HCCA come out weekly. Weekly cleaning is $139. Again I find this higher than average but after what we've gone through to hire a cleaning company without disappointment, I'm willing to be flexible. We're looking forward to having team out again. This was my first home cleaning services as I have done the work myself. Considering my standards, I didn't think others could clean my home better than I could. However, I was so impressed with both the professionalism and quality of service provided. While I very much appreciate a clean home, I simply have become too busy to do it myself. Therefore, my home had begun to collect dust on blinds (I have lots of windows), floor, etc. The team was very prompt and got right to work. They were also very pleasant and professional, taking pains to care of my delicate items. After they completed the service, I was so pleased. I hadn't realized I had anxiety about cleaning. Thank you Robin for sending such a great crew. I look forward to future servicing of my home.

Services provided included cleaning window blinds, house cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, etc.? The price was expected as the blinds were very dusty and required cleaning by hand.?

Home Cleaning Centers of America gave our house a full-service cleaning to prepare it for the rental market, and the results were absolutely amazing! Everything from top to bottom was thoroughly cleaned, to include all baseboards, blinds, and appliances (stove and 2 refrigerators), and the hardwood floor. I called for an estimate, and much to my surprise, Robin was at the house later that same day and gave a thorough estimate. She was very professional, and exceptionally good at managing my expectations. Based on the estimate, our service was promptly scheduled for after my wife and I got our stuffed packed out of the house. After the Home Cleaning Centers team completed the job, I had some relatives who lived close by inspect the house. They said the cleaning team did an absolutely amazing job, which means a lot coming from my family because they have very high quality control standards. My house is a 3 bed/2.5 bath, 1800 sq feet single family home, and it was estimated around $500 for a team of four people to clean. Upon completion, the final bill was right in line with the original estimate. Because the house was fully prepped and ready to go, tenants for the house were found quickly. My wife and I could not have been happier about our experience with Home Cleaning Centers of America (Aurora location).

The service was excellent and surpassed my expectations. My house was clean and fresh. They finished in less time than anticipated and a credit was applied to my next service.

They did a very good job.I have hired a couple of other companies in the past but did not find their cleaning to be thorough enough. This company did a very good deep clean to bathrooms, our master bedroom and main floor, and I was very happy with the results. Looking forward to the next cleaning!

Robin came and did an estimate and walked through the house as I pointed out all the areas that needed attention. She was very thorough and wrote down all the extra things that were of importance to me. We set a day and time for the team to come and clean and they all arrived on time. A 3 person team introduced themselves to me as they brought in all of their equipment. We walked through the house and I explained the areas that needed extra attention. They accommodated all of my needs (I have a dog) and someone who was sleeping. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly, they listened, asked questions, and generally went out of their way to make sure they did what I wanted. At the end, I checked everything and even Robin came back out and checked with me and made sure everything was done to perfection. I was so relieved to have the house completely spotless and to know I could trust them to do a great job every time. I'm on the service every 2 weeks and I'm extremely happy with this service. They are thorough, friendly, easy to talk to and they don't get upset if you find something they missed and tell them about it. I've had some really bad house cleaning experiences in the past but this team renewed my faith that there really are good, caring, services out there. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

My experience went great! The ladies showed up ready to work. They worked very deligently and got a lot of work done in a short period of time. I was only able to receive about 2 hours of cleaning because my appointment was last minute (totally my fault). The great thing was that the owner Robin was willing to work with me and squeezed me for an appointment. My husband and I were under a great deal of stress because we were moving into a new home. Unfortunately, the person that owned the home moved out later than expected and did not have the home cleaned. We were blind-sided and did not realize we would need the work done. Robin came to our rescue and got us in. She could not guarantee EVERYTHING that they normally do for a move in cleaning would get done but they would do their best. Needless to say, it EXCEEDED my expectations. They were able to get majority of my home done. We were able to get moved in on time to a clean home. In addition to a clean home, we received great customer service; which is always a plus. The ladies got more done in 2 hours than someone I hired to clean the home I moved out of did in 4 hours! Go figure. Overall, the home was cleaned to the highest standard, it smelled fresh. Very satisified. I will be using this service again. I also recommend this company to anyone who is in need of home cleaning services.

Called ahead of coming, came on time, and did an EXCELLENT job in all areas, and girls were friendly and efficient. I will continue using this company.

Outstanding overall! With customer service in mind, the manager, Robyn, is extremely professional and courteous. She was happy to have us return as a customer. We coordinated via phone to set up a date for my initial/deep clean and bi-weekly service. She followed up with me after the first service to make sure that everything was satisfactory. My husband told me that Robyn even stopped by the house while the ladies were cleaning to make sure things were going well. I knew from prior experience with this company that Robyn made occasional impromptu visits while the ladies were at the home. I simply love my cleaning crew. The crew lead, Shamika, leaves a note after each service. It may just say, "Have a good day" or "happy to have you back with us", but further depicts their caring and professionalism. The price seems fair and reasonable. We have a 2600 sq. ft. house (not including basement) with 4 bedrooms, office, three full bathrooms,etc. I paid a couple of dollars more for the previous company's service I was using. As I mentioned previously, there is no camparison. My husband and I are so thankful to have found Robyn and Home Cleaning Centers of America again. They come highly recommended by us.

Home Cleaning Centers of America were efficient, they were on time, they were very respectful of the fact that I was at home and kept their noise down so that I could work, and they do a thorough job. The only negative was that they don't put things where they found them although that is minor. They are average on price. They are more expensive than if I hired an individual cleaner but they are not more expensive than if I hired a company.

My home is cleaned every 4 weeks and I have been very happy with their services. The ladies always do a great job and I love coming home after they've been there. They are punctual, reliable and do excellent work. They work in teams so they are in and out of the house quickly without sacrificing quality. They encourage and respond well to feedback (positive and negative). I will continue to use their services.

My father was totally thrilled and they were wonderful. They came over first to discuss it and then they came back to do a major initial clean. They have it set up so they come in once a month for $110 and if they feel they need it more they will reevaluate it. He has had some bad experience before with private house cleaning services so he was thrilled with these people.
