High Rise Gutter & Repairs

Michael from HighRise Gutters looked at my project, asked me what I needed done and how I would like it done. Other contractors wanted to sell me more. I am very pleased with my new gutters and siding repair. Thanks HighRise!

Michael was very easy to work with. He quoted the job on Tuesday and we hired him. He showed up the next day on time and got right to work. There were some issues that came up as he started working on the gutters, but he ran to the store and got the materials he needed to repair the damage and it added a little bit to the cost of the job but nothing outrageous. He kept us informed of everything he had questions or issues on. Real happy with the job he and his brother did.

Michael repaleced all the gutters on my home and seemed to do good job...BUT first rain I noticed a leak between gutter and the roof. Over several months I called him three times to get this problem fixed and never even got a call back. So if he does it correctly the first time you are probably good. But if there is a problem, do not count on it being addressed.

Very knowledgeable and committed to quality work. I had him do a patio gutter replacement job and once started, he realized some rotted wood needed to be replaced. He took care of that part too. I was very satisfied would highly recommend him.

He is a one-person one truck company. His truck broke down and did not show for 3 days. Job, when completed, seems well done... but was in a hurry to leave and did not clean up very well.
