Great. Old wooden window frames made opening very tough. Reuben and his wife did their very best when cleaning and silicone application to the sticky and dirty window frames. Not an easy job and they worked miracles. Additionally screen replacement, cleaning high ceiling fans and correcting a garage door that did not close completely finished off my needs.

Wow. Just wow. I've had a window leaking during heavy rains for several years. Various tradesmen have come out to address and supposedly fix the problem, including the company that installed new windows five years ago and the roofing company that replaced our roof last fall. All have come up short. Reuben took a look at the photos I sent and suggested a possible solution. He showed up on time, as promised, and took a closer look and proposed a solution, giving me a quote (nearly to the dime) and a timeframe when he could address the problem. He exceeded expectations. After completing the work, he assured me that he would return - at no additional cost - if his work did not resolve the issue.
