Great! Everything was very easy, scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly, the handyman did a great job and didn't leave any kind of mess. The door frame looks brand new, you can't even tell that it had been broken out. The wood ramp on my shed is perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything else. I will definitely hire Grandma's again!

Barry was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job, solved an unexpected problem, cleaned up after himself and was really nice to our dog. We would definitely use this company again and would ask for Barry.

In each case I have been happy with the entire process, from the time I called and talked to someone about the potential project through the completed work. Each of the individuals who came to complete the individual projects was friendly and competent. The costs were exactly as had been estimated. I would recommend Grandma's to anyone. And it's clear from talking to Grandma herself and her various staff, that they have high expectations of a positive experience for their customers.

Mike Pittman was the handyman who did the work. He was courteous, communicated well with us, and did an excellent job. Jessica and and quot;Grandmaand quot; (Yvonne Costin) were the people in office who prepared the original estimate, and with whom we communicated after the job was finished regarding the charges. The original estimate (which we received by email on Dec 05) was simply a brief listing of the 3 tasks to be done and a flat total $ amount ($1,110) -- it was not itemized in terms of labor hours or materials. I phoned and talked with Jessica on Dec 08. She told me that the figure was based on the assumption of 16 hrs total labor. As it turned out, after Mike finished the job on Dec 30, the actual total was less than 12 hrs labor. I had to go back and forth a few times with Jessica and Grandma about this, and they had to change the invoice from and quot;estimate basisand quot; to and quot;time plus materials basisand quot;, but the end result was that we paid $815.36, which seemed reasonable. We would use Grandma's again.

Handyman was on time, polite, knowledgeable, asked if there was anything else he could do and answered my questions regarding future small projects.

My husband needed the railing before he got out of the hospital. The railing was built in one day. it is attractive and sturdy. The worker showed up on time. Worked efficiently and was finished quickly. It helped put everyone's mind at ease.

The project went very well. Rashad came the first day to assess what needed to be done, then returned the next time with all of the needed supplies. It was a large list so it took a couple of days, but the work was great and checked off almost everything I needed done.

He came, he fixed the above listed things and he left.

Michael did an excellent job with the crown moulding. We had several rooms where the crown moulding was already installed and several other rooms that needed the moulding. He did an excellent job. Michael was friendly, easy to work with. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I was very pleased with the quality of his work. He was clean and picked up everything after himself. Great job! I would use Grandma's Handyman service again in a moment.

I've been looking for a handyman service for a while and our rental property was recently vacated and we needed a variety of things fixed to get it ready for sale (broken window screen, bathrooms recaulked, disposal replaced, railing re-attached the wall, and the exterior door to the garage needed adjusting).The handyman Grandma sent out knew exactly what he was doing and got everything done as quickly as possible. I'd bought the disposal beforehand, but there were still some supplies needed from the h/w store so he went and got those, but other than that he just cranked through my list. Price was very reasonable on an hourly basis.I'd use them again in a heartbeat. No complaints at all.

Very professional, arrived on time, keep us informed. Did an excellent job on the various tasks, was courteous and helpful with questions. What they fixed and replaced looked much better. Was flexible with requests. I highly recommend them and will use their services again.

Fortunately, I had purchased a brass door guard, door chain, and the smoke alarm. The handyman was unable to figure out how to put on the door guard but put on the door chain. However, the door chain is not horizontally level. Also, the handyman was unable to figure out how to install the hard wired smoke alarm. I paid $95.00 for a door chain that is not horizontally level and have no hard wired smoke alarm. I will not use their services again. Thanks.

Great. The contractor showed up right on time, and was very polite and friendly.

They went out of their way that to find a door that would fit and when that didn’t fit, the owner came back with the employee who did the work and they measured and decided that cafe curtains would be best.

They were great - price-wise, promptness, quality of work. Everything was perfect.

The man said they didn't touch furniture. They then recommended that they bring in felons, guys on work release that they were trying to get jobs for and rehabilitate. I told them absolutely not.

They showed up on time after scheduling via a special we purchased on Angie's List. The provider made my wife uncomfortable because of his communication style (and I was not home). The work was not done well - I needed to finish the drywall repair myself and the film he put on the exterior windows had bubbles and was peeling off when I got home to inspect the work.

Shelly was great! She installed the handrails in my father's shower, fixed a closet door that had been giving me problems for a LONG time, and got my kitchen cabinets to close correctly. She was great with my father and made sure that each handrail was at the height he needed. Would use this service again. The only difficulty was getting an appointment quickly. They are a bit backed up.

We had installed an entry door and storm door but could not get it to close quite right. Each door was dragging on one end which made us have to kick the door open/shut. I had 2 other people out to look at it and each said they did not know how to fix. Grandma's Handyman services sent out Mike Quinn and he had both doors working correctly in less than 2 hrs--and a very reasonable price for service. I will definately use Grandma's services again.
