Description of Work: Finding help with home maintenance and improvement projects is a challenge. I was delighted with Grandma's Handyman service from my first call to their office: excellent customer service and feedback in setting the appointment, excellent workmanship by the technicians that arrived on time, equipped with the right tools, good experience, and a great attitude. The work was professional, completed efficiently and thoroughly. I have another (#3) project already scheduled in September.

Description of Work: I inquired about having a handrail installed by my front door. Grandma asked me to send photos, which I did. I received a prompt reply saying I needed to hire a specialist, not a handyman, and giving me the names of businesses who could do the work. Having Grandma look at photos instead of coming to my house for an estimate was very convenient. I hope to be able to hire this company in the future.
