Super terrific service all around. I called on Monday, and Nathan came out Tuesday. The rack was replaced on the wall with super/heavy-duty bolts, making the situation better than even before the rack fell--better parts than were previously used. So nice!!

They sucked. He was supposed to put the doors on the hinges, but he left them on the floor in my room.

Exceptionally well. Shelly was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly understood the task at hand and promptly addressed them.

Great. Excellent work done on time and on estimate.

Door now locks well, however seal is not great. It maybe that the foundation is off along with the frame.

They were on time, very professional, explained to me everything that they were doing and even helped me troubleshoot another problem. I would highly recommend them.

This young man listens, he is courteous, he is prompt, and he is clean. Every day when he left to go home, he left the area clean. Presentable. He took his lunch breaks and he was back promptly. We were very very pleased with his work ethics. We have been through a lot of people and to us he walks through water. So, I don't know what he could improve on. The work was excellent. It was a little pricey. He gave us a quote and we didn't anticipate the price, but we didn't get mad. He is prompt, he is good. He was punctual every time. One time he had to leave early because of his children and he told us ahead of time before he started the job. Communication was great. We really appreciated that too.

We liked that he sectioned off the rooms to where the dust would not fall on our other furniture where he was going to work. He cleaned up after himself every time. He put on boots so he wouldn't track any dirt in any of the other rooms if he had to go through them. He always came and asked us if he was not completely sure of what we wanted or if he ran into some problems, he came to us and said "I want you to see this. Is this what you are talking about? I am running into this problem. What would you like me to do?" So, we would realize that we had a problem and we would rectify it right there. He would always give us input too it there was better ways of doing it or any suggestions. He did give those and a lot of times they were something we would not of even thought of. We do really appreciate that. He is punctual. I can't think of anything negative. When we started in March, he told us approximately how many days it would be. I think he said it would take 2 weeks and he actually finished ahead of the 2 weeks. So, we were really happy about that. We were in aw. He did it and the quality again. He would always show us when he was close to done and would say "I want you to look at it, if there is anything." We would always look at his work and we have been happy with his work. He did a lot for that price.

Great!! He listened to everything that I hoped he could do and he made it look so good.

The work was great. They were there on time and finished everything we asked them to do.

Contracted with Grandmas to have new base boards installed in my basement family to include painting after installation, Very dependable, honest, excellent customer service.

They were great. They were wonderful. They were very nice on the phone. Grandma was great. They were very timely, neat, and polite. I thought their price was reasonable. I had more stuff done beyond the $135 Big Deal cost. I would not use them again because I moved, but if I was still living in the area, I would use them again.

Michael did an awesome job. You could tell he took pride in his work. It's so hard to find craftsmen that actually care about what they do and I highly recommend.

We needed a handyman to wire and hang a light fixture, hang a Sonos speaker on a rock wall and get up on the roof to cover a vent. When we called to make the appointment they wanted to know exactly what we needed so they could match us with the best handyman. The guy that came out was great. He was very tidy and meticulous and worked efficiently. We will use them again for sure!

Everything worked out fine. It was good.

Unbelievably good. Really pleased at professionalism, quality of work and knowledge of repairman. Had 3 other repair people that came out and looked and could not figure how to fix the gutter and soffit without having to replace whole thing. The handyman didn't take a 5 second break, and I did try numerous times to offer water or tea, and it was pretty warm outside. He worked consistently for the complete time here, only stopped to run and get the gutter and wood supplies needed. He knew his craft better than any handyman I've hired previously so will only use this company now. Total of 4 hours.

Both installations were completed professionally and efficiently. The handy woman, Shelly, was wonderful! I will be using this service again soon and highly recommend it to others.

Very smoothly. Wade knew exactly how to do it and the exact adjustments we needed. He communicated through out the entire time he was at our home and made it very easy on us.
