My grades are as low as they are for two reasons. First, when anchoring the new fence post he only filled the hole half way with concrete as opposed to bringing the concrete level with the ground to so as not to allow water to pool around the the wooden post. the top 6-8 inches of the hole is filled with dirt which, when saturated with water, will cause the post to deteriorate faster than normal. I now have to either have them come back out to remedy the situation or remove the dirt and file the remainder of the hole with concrete myself. I am leaning toward the latter to ensure the job is done right. The other reason I am less than pleased is that he left chunks of the old concrete scattered under the loose dirt near the fence. I only found this out after my dog wandered from around the side of the house where the fence was replaced with a chunk of old concrete in his mouth. I had to comb through the dirt for more chunks to ensure he does not choke on any. Otherwise the post is sturdy.

The service was excellent. Ed was very professional and completed everything way better than I expected. He arrived on time, and completed the work in a timely fashion.

They were good. They did the job and it worked. They were very nice and came when they had to. They were efficient and got the job done quickly for the agreed price. They were reasonably priced otherwise we would not have had them do the job. The quality of their service was good.

She does great service every time. I've used it multiple times and never had a problem. She's on time and professional.

Willis was very pleasant and efficient. Kept us informed ahead of time that cost would be much more than original estimate because of the damage being more extensive.

cts of what to expect and costs. We received a detailed estimate a few days later we set-up the actual date for the job to be done. Once again Mike was at the front dsoor on time tools in hand. Went to work, and had most everything done that day, only had top come back the next day to finish the wall repairs and primer the areas, he actually went ahead and did a couple of minor repairs we had not discussed. This guy is great, we are very pleased with thye whole experience. Noiw, almost a month later have not foound any reason to complain, Over all experience very good, and yes when I need other contractor service will call Grandma's.

This is a great company that I have used a couple times before. I highly recommend them as they are extremely professional, reasonable cost and great commitment to making sure you are getting what you want.

The handyman showed up on time. Made a special order for the shutters at a local store. Installed them on the planned date, touched up the paint which was not part of the initial agreement. I was very pleased because I made multiple phone calls to other businesses and no one wanted to take on the small job. The office was very good at keeping me informed throughout the project. I will use them in the future without hesitation

We were not satisfied with the work because the caulking ended up separated from the wall/window after 3 weeks. We called them and asked to come out and fix it. They sent the same person who used the same materials and the problem occurred again in the same amount of time.

Great experience. I will definitely use Grandma for any handyman services I need in the future. She responded to my inquiry promptly, reviewed all of the jobs I needed completed & clearly explained the pricing. Also, she even gave me a brief bio on the handyman that would be performing the service! Defintely a business owner who stands behind their product. Made me feel like I was calling a friend to help me out.

Generally, all went well. The cabinet latch repairs work OK but the doors when latched do not match up perfectly. Still, job went OK.

Grandma's Handyman did a great job. They were prompt, friendly, and did the work very quickly. The handyman looked at my projects, gave me a quote, purchased all of the materials, installed them (including replacing a toilet) and was finished within about 4 hours.

Everything was done wonderfully. When Michael left, he let me know that his work was guaranteed. Within a couple weeks, the toilet paper hanger came undone. I called Grandma and she quickly rescheduled Michael to come out to fix this again. Overall, I've been EXTREMELY pleased with this company!!! Thank you!!!

Exactly what we needed in a professional, knowledgeable, efficient handyman. I will use this company again.

Willis got here 5 minutes early. I was delighted and he went right to work. He was very nice and did an excellent job.

All went well, no surprizes, worker was timley and personable. I would call them again. Work was able to be done on a Saturday, so that is a bonus.

I think they are ok, but the payment for an estimate is just wrong, so I am glad their guy quit by email, it shows a lot about what he thought of the company and I do not think I would try them again.

Michael was great! The total price seemed reasonable in that it included $42 of materials.

Michael was always on time and worked hard while here. He was careful and cleaned up after the work. Work was not technically difficult, but everything was done to my specifiations.

Great work, long day. Anthony solved many issues, working steadily from one to the next. Very knowledgeable. I also liked my initial call to set up the work. The woman asked detailed questions about each thing I needed done. As a result the tech arrived with all the parts he needed. She also provided information about the tech so that I knew who to expect. Will plan to hire them again.

They are great! They are hands down the best people I have worked with. They provided a quote and stuck to it and didn’t charge me anything extra. They went above and beyond.

The scheduling was very easy and the staff very friendly. The handyman, Willis, arrived on time, and was great throughout though the job presented one challenge after the next. First, there wasn't clearance between the toilet and the door so the door wouldn't close. The normal 12" rough-in turned out to actually 12 3/4"in this bathroom. The bathroom is carpeted and removing the tack strip was difficult as was piecing back in small pieces of carpet since the new toilets was differently shaped. It turned out the hose wasn't long enough for the new toilet because the new toilet is taller and since my whole house water shut-off is buried behind a wall, a trip out to get the proper length hose was necessary. All in all, it was a comedy of errors - a job that on the surface seemed very straightforward, but actually had alot of elements that made it difficult. All I can say is, in the end, the bathroom door closes, and I'm still amazed Willis found that 1/32" clearance when we started off at least 3/4" away from being able to close the door. The toilet works perfectly and the carpet around the base of the toilet looks good. It was a difficult job done well.

The first attempt to do some very basic small projects around the house was a disaster. BUT - They made it right immediately and were very concerned about the guy they sent-out to do the work the first time. The second guy who came-out was excellent and clearly knew what he was doing. Good result trying to remedy. Not exactly above and beyond, but they did fix the first guy's terrible work. No price break or refund as a couple of weeks had passed before I notified her of the fiasco (I travel a lot) and I am sure she had already paid her guy so I didn't press it (a new employee and one of several who do this part time apparently). Either way, it was far too expensive given the nature of the work. Certainly won't go that route again based on price. At least the price at the time.
