They sent out a commercial locater (for a fee) to find the electrical and gas lines. Everyone knows that the utility companies will do that for free, but it is on their schedule. They had a guy come out and passed the fee on to me. They did the job and the fence (it's actually 3 gates) was done poorly. You have to kick it open. They did not leave enough room at the bottom to open and close it and it's rubbing on the concrete driveway. I was happy to get rid of them and I'm sure they were glad to get rid of me. I sent them a nice letter with my complaints and received no response. The gate is pretty crappy and it bends when you move it & it is not very secure and strong.

Good, they promised the completion of the work by a certain date but no one contacted me. I called 24 hrs. before the deadline and they finished the job by the promised due date.

Pre-job walk was two way communication, homeowner indicated what he needed, GID offered helpful suggestions, asked questions to ensure understanding of work to be performed. Installation crew, very customer oriented, called to inform homeowner of schedule, and kept homeowner up to date on schedule changes. Respected Homeowners property, very polite and hard working. Sales followed up during installation and upon completion to ensure project was completed to homeowners satisfaction. Materials used were of high quality.
