There was a foreman on site at all times cleaning up the material around the yard as the work was done. When the job was complete I went around the house and was very pleased at how clean it was. The foreman had a run in with a large and small rattle snack on our front porch. He called the salesman to let him know and the salesman reminded him that we have a young child, so the foreman trapped the small snake, (the large snake got away into the open space) immediately called Douglas Co sheriff to remove the small snake. I also added some gutters to the porch area, and Joel recommended a company they had worked with in the past. Joel coordinated the date of gutter installation, which was great. It's been 1 1/2 years since the installation and have had no problems, no leaks and the roof looks GREAT!! Roof was approved by Douglas Co Inspectors.
When Mike came out to do the work, with one of his best roofers, he was great! He made sure that the repair was done quickly and correctly. The estimate he gave us fell below what we expected and because they are right down the street if we have any other problems they told us to call them. I asked Mike the name for a company to do the sheetrock repairs for the damage and he gave me one.
My husband and I both have lung conditions, which Mike was considerate enough to ask about. Mike informed the sheetrock contractor the we should have priority service when we called them so we don't have an issue with mold.
Our experience with Gardner Roofing was so delightful primarily because of their employees. From my first conversation with Kendall to our final conversation with Mike, everyone has gone over and above our expectations.
