the cleaners showed up an hour and a half early. They left after one hour when they were supposed to clean a 3 bedroom home. A fraction of what was promised was done (Not done list: Dust and polish surfaces, wash inside windows, dust blinds, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, remove the trash, scrub the toilet, clean outside of dishwasher) (Done list: Clean and disinfect counters, clean outside of oven/microwave/sink). To mirror the other review, these jokers left cleaning equipment. When I contacted them, they set an appointment to make it up to me since I returned to a dirty home. They then canceled this appointment without a phone call and made no effort to reschedule the appointment. I got a sassy email to "check my email". When I wrote a review they then lied and said they called me. They did not. I have no missed calls. This business is either not registered with the State of Colorado or delinquent by three years and going by a new name (also illegal as you need to register new business names with the State). After contacting them about the unregistered business name and the reviews, they told me "I would strongly advise to stop harrasing or we will have to get our legal team involved In this matter". Spelling errors and wacky punctuation and all. Do yourself a favor and find a professional service.

Not sure how to leave a more negative review. . Whoever runs this company is a complete con man/woman. I hired them for a 1 bedroom move out clean - seems simple enough. First they ran late 15 minutes - no biggie. I texted and s(he) said the cleaner, a female, was on the way. 30 minutes later they call saying they don't have a vacuum cleaner. What kind of cleaner has doesn't have a vacuum cleaner?? She asked if I had one lol. Then over 1.5 hours later - the time the cleaning was scheduled to end - no one has shown up yet. I demanded a refund - seems simple enough. I paid for a service ahead of time and the service was never completed. It's now been almost a month now and I've yet to get a refund after numerous assurances I would. Terrible service, con job, unacceptable management. Negative stars would be more appropriate
