They came in and started job and I saw the person on the outside clean 1 window of my Bay Window that didn't have a Screen and didn't clean the other two on each side at all. Then the one that was upstairs came down so I went up to look at the windows and the tracks and the Tracks were filthy!! They took a damp cloth and stuck their finger in track and swiped and that was it. Dirt was caked in the corners on each side of the windows.. When I confronted them about the problem they said that First they don't remove screens to avoid damage and that the Track cleaning was not on the contract. So I got the contract and showed them and also an email that I got from the owner of the Window Cleaning company showing that tracks were included in cleaning. Grace one of the CoOwners said that I was not charged enough for them to clean the tracks. Wanted to know what I was charged and I said that they need to contact Merry Maids who was the company that I contracted with for the cleaning. They called the owner of Merry Maids and he said yes the tracks are included. So I went back to look at windows after they SAID they recleaned them and still filth packed in corners. So I took them around and took my finger and pulled the dirt out of the corners and showed them what needed to be cleaned and they said they would not dig out dirt. I said If I can get this out with my finger you can too. Grace started to argue with me. Alex the other Co Owner did take a Screw Driver and a towel and got into the corners and cleaned them out. So I called Brian from Merry Maids and he said he would be right out. I went around and opened all the windows that still needed to be cleaned. Grace went to basement and said she cleaned the windows down there. When I went down there the Laundry room window was cleaned only on 1 side the other one had a screen and was not removed or cleaner at all. I showed this to Brian from Merry Maids and he was very apologetic, but the cleaners had already left. Grace went out to the truck and sat there before the job was complete and Alex tried to finish but would not clean the laundry room window either. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Grace had nothing good to say about Merry Maids either an I told Brian the Owner of Merry Maids wbout what she said and told him that they are ruining his business with those derrogitory statements. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. They are Rude, Lazy and not Professional!!! They also left the dirt clumps that they cleaned out of the track all over my carpet for me to clean up. Damp dirt clods are very hard to clean off of carpet. TERRIBLE COMPANY and Angies List really needs to not recommend them EVER!!! They are bad for business.

This was my second time using Expert Window Cleaning, the first time being a year ago. My windows had been much neglected before the first visit and I couldn't believe how different the world looked out of sparkling clean glass. The work was top-notch. Alex was very punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. As this is the slow season I got on the schedule right away. I'm glad to now see them on Angie's list. I will definitely be calling them back again each year.
