Excel Cleaning & Pest Control Service, LLC

Company shows up unprepared with supplies to clean the home. I specifically stated 4 bedroom, 3 bath house needs move out cleaning with baseboards. Company not only did NOT do baseboards but had something PINK STAIN my floor and counter and tried blaming it on me when the house was EMPTY. After being VERY upset company scrubbed and scrubbed to get it off in which most of it came off HOWEVER my counter was scratched which could not be repaired. Company left streaks on the mirrors, cleaned half of the windows, did not wipe down the closet shelves, left several spots that were untouched. Company agreed to do the cleaning for a set price and then called asking for MORE MONEY as they tried to blame me having dogs and that's why it took so long. I advised I had a carpet cleaner coming the next day and they STILL did not finish cleaning the home. I spent an additional 2 hours cleaning what they did not clean. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company and I WILL NOT hire them again. This was such a HORRIBLE experience!
