Everclean’s website commits to “Looking for a competent and reliable cleaning company? EverClean Cleaning Services is at your provider!” Yet, our experience was far from that. I would NOT recommend EverClean for house cleaning services. We used their services for several months and experienced consistent service that was unsatisfactory. Examples of the below standard service include: one appointment only sent one person versus the two confirmed, this person was only in our two story home for one hour. When arriving home, many of the services that were outlined when we set up their service were missed including simple services such as dusting. Management was notified and we were reassured they would address our concerns. Another example is when window sills, dusting and the floors were not cleaned (visible spots were noted), another example is a separate cleaning the spare bedroom was not cleaned at all; management was notified via email, were informed she could communicate to the staff in English and Spanish to meet the cleaning outlined in the initial agreement. The final cleaning before cancellation of the services, both of our son’s bedrooms were not cleaned at all. When we notified management once again about the unsatisfactory service, the response was “OMG!”. As a manager myself, I found this extremely unprofessional. The cancellation request was sent via email however they proceeded to schedule another cleaning. My husband personally spoke with them after they attempted to schedule the next service. The staff did not arrive this day however we were still charged the cleaning fee which as yet to be refunded for services not rendered. I would NOT recommend this company’s service at all, consistently the level of cleaning and consistency of cleaning is disappointing. Do NOT use this company for your home as you will very likely be disappointed with the quality, customer service and professionalism of this company.

It was hard to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment after I prepaid. He was late about 40 minutes but he had broken his foot I believe a few weeks ago and needs surgery so he was not getting around very well so that was why he he said he was late. He brought someone to help him. The tarp he was going to put down on my brand new carpet was filthy so I went to my parents' house to get their tarp. He did clean the fireplace well and explained a lot about how to use it.

Provider was prompt and courteous. They did a good job.

We started using EverClean a few months ago based on recommendation from a friend. We weren't happy with the cleaning company we were currently using so decided to give EverClean a try. I can't imagine going with any other company. The cleaning crew is outstanding and very thorough. It takes them approx. 3 hours to clean our home. The house is spotless after they're finished. We have the same cleaning crew every time so they know our house. When they dust, they pick things up to dust under it and put it back where it belongs. They are professional when making beds, putting the sheets on correctly. It may sound minor to some people, but I appreciate when a bed is made as if you were staying at a luxury hotel and they do just that. We pay them by the hour instead of paying a lump sum. With other companies we've tried, they would charge us a flat fee and be out within an hour and a half. For a house our size, it takes awhile to clean if done right. The office manager sends an email confirmation the day before and if we have any questions, the response is immediate. I would highly recommend them.

I have had Blue Ribbon cleaning perform a bi-weekly cleaning on my home for over a year. They do an outstanding job. It's alway great to come home from work on the day they have been in my house, working their magic. We recently listed this home for sale and asked the crew to complete a "move-out" cleaning. Another great job at a reasonable price - and worked with our very short schedule. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon cleaning
