My 84 year-old father-in-law's 30 year furnace quit working during the first winter storm of the year. When I explained the situation with the owner of All Trades Mechanical, he switched his work crew's schedule in order to install the furnace on the following day. The work team installed the furnace and removed the old one as promised. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and work quality.

They said they would be at the house by 8:00 and gone by 11:00. We had them do a service on the furnace as well and they accomplished everything by 10:30. Clean up was perfect and the unit performs as they said it would. Very satisfied.

The crew did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves.

Prompt and professional. When a unexpected problem arose, it was addressed and taken care of on the spot - they did not leave until it was finished.

Communication is very poor with this company and their services are over priced. It started off when I called the company to fix a problem I had. Marty the owner stated he would be out on Monday morning. When I called him at about 11:00 a.m. on Monday he informed me he was only coming out to do an estimate and not to fix the problem. I then had to make another appointment. After the job was complete I thought the bill was outrageously high. There was also a $20.00 trip charge which his site showed as no trip charge. So plan on paying $20.00 extra if you use them, Marty said no trip charge was only for commercial accts.

Service Magic referred many contractors which was great. I selected All Trades Mechanical for a variety of reasons. Marty called and was genuinly concerned with my issue and we set up an appointment. He even called back to give me suggestions so my water would not freeze. I truly appreciated that. He gave me an estimate and a detailed description on what his crew would be doing. When Dan and his crew came out they were very professional and completed every thing that I was told they would do. They went over and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy with the work done. I would highly recommend this company.

I initially called for a furnace repair but was advised to purchase a furnace. All Trades was great about explaining and showing me why I needed to replace the old furnace. When the new furnace was installed their team showed up on time and installed the new furnace in an efficient manner and worked with my schedule. They also disposed of the old furnace.

They did a very good job. We had it installed within 3 days of having oradered it. Everyone very polite and knowledgable. Would definately recommend them.

I contacted All Trades Mechanical to install a new evaporative cooler. Terry came out to my house and gave me a quote that was very much in line with other companies, however he also offered to remove the old cooler and install new water lines, something the others did not, even after I asked. There was absolutely no pressure involved with the quote. His team was on time and began working immediately. They were highly professional and cared about the quality of their work. After working all day in high temps they still cleaned up afterward and ensured everything worked and I knew how to operate the new equipment. I highly recommend them
