Unprofessional and poor customer service from office scheduler. We have used them twice now to winterize our sprinklers and once to replace the back-flow pressure valve w/o issue. However, when we started our sprinklers this year it flooded and did not work (valve?). We called and they said they would get us in in 2 weeks. The scheduler called me on a Friday and said they would come on Saturday, I let her know we would be out in the morning, but could get home in 20 minutes and would be there all afternoon, was told that was fine. She called me at 11 am Saturday and I told her it would be 20 min. She called back 5 min later and said no they can't wait that long, they would go back to the office and be done for the day. She said they would call on Tues. I let her know that the situation was exactly as I had explained it to be and she told me it wasn't and issue on Friday. I also said they needed to come by soon or we would need to use another company ....Apparently she decided to just remove us from the customer list as "punishment" for that conversation. When my husband called to see why they hadn't f/u to schedule she claimed I had said we were going with another company, that she couldn't bump other customers for us (even though we had a 3 week long request at this point), and that it would now be 4-6 weeks. He was polite and tried to find compromise and she kept repeating 4-6 weeks. Childish, belligerent behavior. Do not value customers or their time.

I called this provider 2 weeks before Memorial Day weekend and specified I needed my manifold replaced, a new drip line run and a box looked at by Memorial Day weekend. They said they would move my request to the top and call me back shortly, but they were very busy. 3 weeks later after a lot of rain, I called back to ask whether they came for the estimate while I was gone and they said they had to look for my paperwork and call me back. 8 hours later I called again and she said she had the paperwork, we don't do estimate schedules and there's no telling when it would be picked up. They were scheduling a month out and we may need to look somewhere else if we needed something sooner. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service and shocked they would treat a possible customer like this.

We tried to get a time setup to have them come make repairs on our sprinklers. We left 3 time windows for a week out as they said they had openings. We have yet to receive a call back from them. After multiple calls during the week to determine if they were going to schedule us they said they only give a 30 minute window for telling us when they will come to work on the sprinklers. basically they wait to see if they have time to do the work. How should you know that some day they may show up? I believe they are deciding which jobs they will work based on how much money they are making since they will not make appointments. Very unprofessional!!!!!

The assessment went extremely well, and I plan to use Elite when we move forward with the project. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgable and walked me through the poorly constructed sprinkler system we had in the new house we had bought. I knew it was a do over, but my wife wanted a professional's accessment. The Technician was on time, came in a company van and really knew his stuff. I recommend them as a good solid provider.

Elite Spinkler provided my service in advance of my scheduled date because there was a break in their normal schedule and I had delayed calling for service earlier. They insulated my above-ground riser in case of additional freezing weather. In the past they correctly diagnosed failures in the system due to excessive water pressure and installed a pressure reducer. I since have not had any problems with system failure requiring expensive repairs. They checked the spray pattern after turnig on the water and reset the controller for the correct watering days and times. They also showed me how to make changes to the watering schedule. Their visit lasted about an hour, including the two minor repairs. I have been a customer of Elite Sprinkler for about ten years.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. CAN'T EVEN CALL THE COSTOMER BACK. RUDE, JUST RUDE. AND UNORGANIZED.

Very professional and courteous organization. TJ arrived early but the office called before to ensure that I'd be home. He was very efficient and produced a superb result. He was pleasant, polite, and welcomed questions. I knew exactly what I'd pay before any work was started and there were no surprises! A very good experience.

Arrived on time and explained all work in detail. They gave a reasonable estimate for future jobs that need to be done. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

ELITE CAME RIGHT OVER WHEN I SAW HIM WORKING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S YARD. FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND I HAVE CALLED HIM BACK FOR OTHER REPAIRS. VERY RESPONSIVE AND COMPLETED REPAIRS SATISFACTORILY.
