Great company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! HE IS A RIP OFF!! My husband hired him 12/11/24 to fix our gas fireplace. He fixed the ignitor but did NOT fix the blower! I called him to let him know and was told he needed to call the manufacturer. I waited and waited. I texted twice more. Nothing. Husband called him and was told the blower was ordered. It was NOT! He has ghosted us since then. Refuses to answer calls/texts. So $375 later, now we have to call someone else to repair it. ? He asks to be paid by Venmo so that you cant put a stop payment on the check or call the credit card co to stop the pymt. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, added my review to his FB business profile, and now I will post ALL the negative reviews on every social media site he advertises on! Then, I am going to post fliers all around his home address and beyond with all the NEGATIVE reviews! Next call, ANGIES LIST to file a complaint. This guy is WORTHLESS!! ????

Dan was great!

I hired Daniel and his crew to level the floors in my basement - which required some grinding and pouring self leveling concrete. They did not adequately grind the areas that needed it yet poured all of the material. They said they would return to correct the elevated area with more grinding, but I've reached out for weeks and they are no longer responsive or answering the phone. I would avoid. Half done work and ghosted after paid. Do not trust them to do the right thing.

Mine turned out to be a simple pilot light relight. One of the "logs" had shifted, blocking the pilot light and it had gone out. Dan was very good to an old lady in not charging me for a complete and unnecessary overhaul of the fireplace system. I will be keeping Elevations Home Maintenance information in my files for future reference. I highly recommend the company and Daniel Fraser, in particular. Deegy M

Daniel explained everything to me in detail for the inspection, asked my plans for the fireplace and based on my answers gave me a recommendations. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Since my chimney did not need a cleaning at this time, I would hire them back for the actual cleaning.
