This was my first time working with Elevations. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent. Dan the owner arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem with the pellet fireplace insert. It wasn't igniting, and the fix was straight forward, and well diagnosed imo. I plan to make a new appointment to have him install an accessory for this fireplace. After discussing both the repair and my need for an accessory install, I am confident that using Elevations for my pellet fireplace is the right call. The pricing was very, very fair. I look forward to working with Dan in the immediate future. I'm relieved to find an experienced repair man to service a pellet fireplace.

Very professional, Dan F. (owner) called me the day I searched on line & inspected my chimney the next day. I needed a new masonry crown on a 3 flue chimney, Besides large cracks the crown was also sinking, they came two days later and started the demo. I was on the roof watching because I wanted to know how the whole process worked. When the crown was removed we noticed that one of the 2 ft sections of the flue was cracked down the corner, I requested a new section be installed -which they did not have with them. All of the masonry supply companies are closed on Saturdayâ s in the Denver metro area, however Dan left for 45 min to get two one foot sections from his shop and replaced the broken one and repaired some missing mortar on one of the other flueâ s. They completed the job in about five hours and the whole site was cleaned, very conscientious. I would definitely recommend Elevations Home Repair & Maintenance for your chimney issues. No-shows, always late, very, very sloppy work, cut shelves too short and filled in gaps with grout, didnâ t finish project, will not return any phone calls, emails or texts. Job took 5 days longer then quoted. Heâ s a fraud!

This company is absolutely impossible to get a hold of! The owner, Daniel, does not answer his phone or reply to voicemails or text messages. He has been completely unresponsive. There is an office number but no one ever answers it, and when you leave a message, they do not get back to you. I have been asking for a receipt since the work was done over 4 months ago, but no one will get back to me. I am extremely disappointed with the work that was done. The corbels are also not straight because the mantle they installed is about 1/2 inch off. The stone work does not seem like it was cut to fit correctly. It has so many large gaps in it. It is simply an eyesore: ( At first they tried to fill the gaps with mortar, and then they came back out and tried to fill them with grout. We are still not satisfied with the work they performed, and they will not come out to fix the problems. It looks like a little kid did the job rather than a professional. The person that they had install the stone was not qualified to do the job. This has been going on for over 4 months with no resolution. I had a stone mason come out and look at it and he told me it was done incorrectly and they did not know what they were doing. The only way to fix it is to have it completely redone. Unfortunately, I feel like I am just being ignored. Overall, this was an awful experience and I would never ever recommend this course to anyone! I am now having to pay to have the job redone. I am not sure how they can think the work they did was acceptable in good conscience. Do not make the mistake I made! Do not hire this company!

Daniel the owner was excellent and knowledgeable. He explained everything he recommended and walked me thru as he did his cleaning and installing my new blower and fancy glass (to replace the old lava stones). I have already recommended him to many others.

Great knowledge about our fireplace...we had another company tell us we needed to replace our woodburning insert at a cost of thousands...but Daniel with Elevations took one look and realized the last time it was cleaned the plates were not replaced correctly. A simple fix...and a huge savings. Great to see this kind of honesty and would highly recommend this company.

Great experience! Daniel was super nice and walked me through exactly what I needed to know. He was able to immediately go grab the part we needed to fix a leak and was in and out within an hour.

They gave the most fair price and completed the work in the timeframe given. They were on time and very courteous.
