Exceptional service. Although, home advisor was only able to schedule me for several days from my call, he came next day when I spoke to him personally. He did a thorough and complete job. He had other excellent suggestions that would help my disabled father better use some of the things in our home. I really appreciate all of his suggestions! He was on time. Project: Level II gas fireplace chimney inspection. I do not know if I got a level II chimney inspection or a professionally cleaned fireplace. I have not received an invoice or documentation that a level II inspection was performed. I called and reminded Daniel a week after the project about the missing documentation that was over a week ago. I do not like to be put off.

Elevations installed a Heat Glo gas fireplace insert in October. A defect was detected the day it was installed. Daniel said he would make it right and had ordered a new pilot light assembly. He also stated in an email that the insert may have been installed incorrectly. That was the last time he responded to my questions/requests. That was 2 months ago. He does not respond to my requests re. repair status. Elevations apparently do not stand behind the products they install nor their services.

Customer service was great. Was really pleased with the work on the fireplace. Will call them for future work. Danial was great.
