I had hired for the cleaning service and it was such a refreshing experience coming into a clean home. Everything was cleaned with care. I didn’t find one thing I wasn’t unpleased with. Would 10/10 recommend!!!!

We reached out for a deep cleaning on our home in preparation for showings as we have it on the market for sale. Jessica was so friendly and willing to get her team in on short notice. Our home came out way cleaner than we have ever had it! They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to clean all the nooks and crannies possible. I really appreciate their hardwork and dedication to doing the job right. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Great paint job.

Alex Villegas is completely unprofessional, rude, volatile, demeaning and patronizing. His business license with the state is delinquent and he shouldnâ t even be allowed to operate a business. He drives around in a van with no plates. He cuts corners at every step of the way. He does not do the work that is specified per his contract and we had to hire another contractor to complete the repairs that he was contracted to do on our siding repairs. He argues about simple tasks asked of him, such as removing decorative garage hardware and removing shutters to fully paint them. After insulting me calling me a pathetic bitch and my husband a fat asshole. He called the police making false claims that my husband pushed him, (heâ s actually the one who pushed my husband) which we have video proof of and that the police stated there was no crime committed by us but that actually heâ s the one driving around with a van with no plates and leaving it parked for over a week in front of our house. Heâ s clearly new in business and needs to humble himself and educate himself on proper professional business practices and customer service. He stated he would have 3-4 painters to complete our job, which he did not. It was only him and his girlfriend (whom he yelled at while they were working) and one day he even brought his mom to sit in our backyard for several hours. He also brought his dog most days who pooped in our yard as well as our neighbors yards and didnâ t clean up after his dog. Our neighbors complained about his loud music. The police asked him to take his tools and equipment and get off of our property and he even took the paint and materials we paid for. But argued telling us we were assholes and he was taking the paint but his trash he left belongs to us. He cleaned our gutters which he tried overcharging us for at $600 even though his website clearly states $450 but left all the debris on the concrete and around the home. He only gave us 1 hour to decide on the necessary gutter cleaning which he failed to mention at the beginning of the full inspection which he clearly can see all the work that is needed at that job walkthrough. He keeps throwing in our face that we asked for a discount and donâ t deserve all the work heâ s been doing. We did not ask for any discount but rather showed him the quotes weâ ve gotten prior and he said he would match it. He later tried to change the contract without our knowledge and tried to say he wasnâ t including the actual paint and materials didnâ t mean paint that we would need to buy that ourselves. He also cut down our privacy bush in front of our home without our authorization as well as a shade tree in the side yard and told us we should be thanking him for his [unapproved] pruning. The job was supposed to originally take 5-7 days, got extended to 7-9 days and now stand at 11 days incomplete. He shows up to work at 2 pm in the afternoon and stays till 9pm in the dark, which isnâ t ideal for any homeowner. Heâ s left us with a job incomplete when weâ ve paid him more than 68% of the total due. Now we are left with an incomplete painted exterior of our home. Alex is unsafe and volatile and should not be in business at all.

Alex did a good job and was very fast. Make sure he does the inside window jams on the project. He was very attentive to make things right.

I was honestly impressed with the work these guyâ  s pull off. A very profesional team! Arrived early & got straight to work. They were very clean and cautious of protecting my furniture and carpet I had just replaced. Very straight lines a professional finish! I talked to them about my budget and my plans for the home and they worked with me in every aspect and even helped me save a few bucks on material. I would highly recommend working with this company. That make you feel comfortable about big remodeling choices and the money youâ  re spending. 5 out of 5!
